I order religiously, and some of the workers here are great, but recently my experiences here have been less than exciting. My drink is almost always messed up. I’d understand it being busy and rushing, but even when there’s not a soul in there, I’ll pick up my order and something so easy like putting whip cream when it says NO whip, will be wrong. The other day, I went to pick up my drink, and that’s the first thing I saw. I politely let the girl in the drive thru know that it was missing the caramel drizzle I paid extra for, and that it was supposed to be no whip. She takes it back, scrapes it off, and doesn’t put the caramel. I ask her again when she comes back to please add the caramel, and she leaves and comes back again. I take the drink and as I’m pulling out of the drive thru, I take a sip and ITS NOTHING but caramel clogging my straw. Out of spite, she put an INCH of caramel into my drink. For $10 a drink, that I spend almost every day, the pettiness is honestly just unacceptable. Make it right the first time when it says it all on the sticker, and save yourself the anger of having to fix your mistakes.. I was in a rush, I didn’t have the time. That’s why I preorder. I threw it away. Some of the girls here are honestly just so petty, and snippy. It really just depends on what day you come in I guess and who’s scheduled. It’s a shame because Starbucks is anything but cheap, and that’s not the first drink I’ve thrown out from this location. I wish it was as easy as just going to a different location, but I’ve done that and it just seems like the same thing happens.

The girls that work at this location are always so rude & snippy. Their attitudes make it so uncomfortable to go in to sit and read or work. It feels like a very hostile environment every time I walk in… I understand people have bad days, but it’s every single time.

They should have been cleaner since there were no people, and I can't believe that they eat and talk and talk and they don't give you your drinks quickly if you asked for them in time.

Worst customer service and the short manager with long black hair has the worst attitude when they have to remake your order make you park and go home and you still have to drive back to that place because they still made a mistake on the order never again going to this place they need a new manager and a new employee who can actually hear the order correctly.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS.. ITS NEVER OPEN AND WHEN THEY DO OPEN THEY CLOSE WITH NO NOTICE AND LEAVE CUSTOMERS THERE AND NO ONE NEW IF IT WAS OPEN CLOSED... THEY DO NOT RESPECT HRS OF OPERATION AVOID THIS STARBUCKS..

Umm, yea, this what we’re not doing. Why am I paying for a VENTI if your just gonna give me GRANDE worth in a Venti cup. I’ll drive a few mins away to another Starbucks to avoid this. Smh.

Girl with the dreads working drive through closing shift on Monday the 11/02 was so nice . She asked us how was everything :) let her know if we need anything , that was so nice of her. This is for her ,Your service didn’t go unnoticed . Me and my friend would like to say THANK YOU SM.
