Starbucks employee stated that they started to remove chairs to stop fry's customers from using these tables ( see attached photos ) after they close the starbucks kiosk located inside of Fry's 4724 N 20th st phoenix . She said that they don't want to clean the tables again in the morning so they decided to take away the chairs to prevent people from sitting.

I have been coming to this location for a long while and I would like to shout out a few people that was here today Celia, Bri, and the manager Maya I came in and sat down to get out of the heat while waiting for my boyfriend to get off work and the girls came and brought me a water like I normally get everyday but with out asking for it these 3 lady's are so amazing so helpful so happy thanks ladys much love to you lady's

Don’t bother coming to this location. My husband and I were the only ones in line waiting to order and didn’t even get acknowledged. The two employees ignored us and continued on their personal conversations. Took our money elsewhere. Terrible service.

Because I assumed that a drink being made was mine my match lemonade was matcha and water. I didn’t say anything with a tone or disrespectful words and still was apologetic for my assumption. More training on sensitivity and improved discernment whether to actually be offended may be needed for those two young ladies. They stayed professional with a smile on their face but the whole interaction felt like a scene from mean girls lmao .. grow up and get some thicker skin.

Google showed closes at 8pm, but I arrived there at 6:35pm and the door was locked. I tried the other door and someone inside screamed, "Closed!"I was going to buy $100 gift cards for my team members at work. However, I ended up taking my business to Panera to buy the gift cards, which was better anyway.

The girl working Sunday morning 4/9 had a really bad attitude! She messed up my drink, and got mad when I politely asked her to remake it. I’ve been ordering the same iced matcha latte for years from Starbucks, so I know when the proportions are incorrect. She made it 90% milk, 10% matcha powder! It was literally a cup of milk with green tint. Next time I’ll be a Karen since being polite means slamming my drink on the counter so hard it spills everywhere. Very rude & uncalled for.
