Absolutely atrocious customer service from barista Mia, she was SO rude, just, stared at me when I walked up no greeting at all, just a "what else?" from her after I ordered not even a thank you, I've been in customer service for over 8 years and if I have to fake being nice to people all day, so do you.

The girl working Sunday morning 4/9 had a really bad attitude! She messed up my drink, and got mad when I politely asked her to remake it. I’ve been ordering the same iced matcha latte for years from Starbucks, so I know when the proportions are incorrect. She made it 90% milk, 10% matcha powder! It was literally a cup of milk with green tint. Next time I’ll be a Karen since being polite means slamming my drink on the counter so hard it spills everywhere. Very rude & uncalled for.

really disappointed in this starbucks. I made an online order around 445pm on saturday afternoon. I got to the store to be told that they already turned their ovens off so I couldn’t get my sandwich and could not offer a refund either. my sister works at starbucks and I know the ovens do not go off till after close which in this case was still 2 hours away. unfortunate I had to spend money on something I didn’t even receive.

I like coming to this Starbucks, I always get helped by a guy and he is very friendly, way better then the starbucks around the corner. Just wish they would be open when they say they are, last two times it was closed around 7am and on there website it would say they were open, maybe I come to early anways still a great place ??

Usually only 1 Barista working in the morning, and she will work on online orders and ignore customers waiting for 15 minutes. If there is a line of customers and only 1 barista, they should turn off the online order option. Very rude.

No cold brew and no coffee base!! Why have the coffee shop open if you can’t make over half of the coffee drinks that you offer?!?
A good dose of cheerful customer service to start your day off. Not much seating at this location. Yet the energetic team works well together in keeping the orders going & the line moving.

Paid almost $6 for a pumpkin spice latte and the cup wasn't even close to being full. It was missing a good 2oz. Didn't even have a pumpkin spice flavor.

It's always really fast...but they gave me the wrong amount of change and shorted me about 8 bucks. So know that they're rushed but maybe dont pay with cash lol

Wanted to order anything that had coffee with caramel, NOTHING was in stock. UPSET, seemed like the only thing the barista could make was teas
