This starbucks is licensed and DOES NOT give you points. in addition, they upcharge you since it's attached to the Renesaince hotel. on my work trip, the starbucks at the arizona state campus charges $5.40 for a flat white while this store charge $6.79.... if you are on.a business trip and make multiple visits not getting these points will add up.

I came to this Starbucks for a drink but didn’t realize I didn’t have the correct method of payment, so I told them it was no problem and I would order another day. Sonya was so sweet and gave me a drink on the house. Great staff working at this Starbucks location. They deserve all the praise in the world.

I ordered the Americano with 2 extra shots of espresso, hot, with cream. It was a perfect start to my morning and the Impossible breakfast sandwich was delicious. Just as I expected and consistently good. Service was also good and the barista remembered me from the day prior which I really liked.

Had never been to this location and was excited to spend some time inside with my coffee, tea, and food and doing some work calls, etc. Within 10 mins of being inside, and after I had placed my orders, the staff cranked up the volume of the overhead music. We could not hear ourselves and each other speak. It felt as though I was in some sort of low-budget club with how loud the music was. And I had to complete rule out returning some of my business calls. It was ridiculous and so very unprofessional!
