I ordered the Americano with 2 extra shots of espresso, hot, with cream. It was a perfect start to my morning and the Impossible breakfast sandwich was delicious. Just as I expected and consistently good. Service was also good and the barista remembered me from the day prior which I really liked.

Had never been to this location and was excited to spend some time inside with my coffee, tea, and food and doing some work calls, etc. Within 10 mins of being inside, and after I had placed my orders, the staff cranked up the volume of the overhead music. We could not hear ourselves and each other speak. It felt as though I was in some sort of low-budget club with how loud the music was. And I had to complete rule out returning some of my business calls. It was ridiculous and so very unprofessional!

If you were going to put up a handwritten paper sign that says open at 6:30, and leave the printed sign that shows opening at 5:30, maybe just change the hours to 6:30 if people are somehow unable to get out of bed in the morning. This happened on 22 January 2025 but I highly doubt this is the first time.

This location is horrible. The customer service is the worst. They never update the app so you're likely to place a mobile order and get there and they don't have it. They also are bad at over cooking food items. The wait time is always long. Clearly they either don't care about customer order request or can't read, but every time I order the same item on the app it's never made the same or correct. We definitely need another location in the Downtown Phoenix area.

This Starbucks is inside the Renaissance Hotel. While staying at the hotel for the week, I bought coffee there twice a day. The service was spectacular. The coffee was usually great, but depending on who was working, they were made a little differently and not always what was expected. Prices seemed a little high but I assume that's because of the location.

I come here about 5 to 4 time a week and everytime I come here the staff always greets me and knows what I'm getting on the spot, and on top of that they can accommodate for flaws or screw ups. Even if the company that fails for they're promotions or offers. The staff always makes an exception. You guys will always be seeing me in the near future
