I waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee. At 2pm, when it was not busy in the lobby. I saw other people order after me and get their drinks attended to, as well as the drive-through. I could see my drink on the counter and it was just being ignored; it was very frustrating. The first time back at Starbucks in almost a year and I don’t think I’ll be back for another year based on this experience

She was so cheerful, willing to help, and is an exemplary example of what great customer service stands for. came to ask for a water cup for my Three-year-old because there's a park Next-door And lots of homeless people use the water fountains . They were very rude to me and laughed at me and said it's a policy that they're not allowed to give water unless you make a purchase. Does anyone not have a heart and a soul anymore for children? Terrible terrible customer service don't ever shop here unless you want to be treated like crap. It's illegal to turn people down water in Arizona especially a child. and if it isn't well, people need to start having some heart for children, especially in Arizona where it's very hot out

Had the worst customer service experience yesterday at the drive thru at 6 pm with the girl with black hair. She lacks customer service skills and needs to be retrained. She is disrespectful and rude! I will never go to this location again.

This store specifically allows homeless people to stay inside at their leisure. I'm all for helping others, but, I don't think it's polite for them to just keep sitting there all day. Other than that everything is good.

It’s been quite awhile since I experienced friendly/welcoming service level almost comparable to pre-covid times. It was my first time at this location and the staff were approachable and personable, the way Starbucks used to be. 👏 What was a put-off was there were homeless people camping out behind the wall at the business to the east of Starbucks. It felt unsafe, even early in the morning, having to park right next to this camp. A couple of them would walk in and out the Starbucks taking up tables and electrical outlets that paying customers would like to utilize.

Employees are nice and the Starbucks is really clean, they just forgot about a frappe but I think that’s due to it being rush hour so it’s okay.
To the manager who was there today, when I ordered my Flat White and asked to be helped with getting on the calendar for the room you all have available, thank you. You were so kind and patient with me, and you kept up with everything else going on around you like a pro. I appreciate you. Thank you again.

Barista overpacked beans for espresso then wondered why it was coming out slowly. Made my drink hot at first when it said iced then just reused the old beans to make the correct drink. Awful service, clearly some training needs to take place for the night crew. Terrible, just garbage in garbage out over there.
