We hit the drive thru for coffee before church and Jose was such a delight, I barely needed my coffee after waiting briefly for it. He was sharp and incredibly sweet, even gave a recc for our next Sunday fundayš Made the morning for me

I visited this morning with my mom and itās not the first time the short girl that had black hair and wears star stickers on her face has been giving my mom attitude and wrong drinks today I witnessed it and she didnāt even put a sticker of the order on the side the energy horrible only the one who took our order was kind to say have a nice day ladies remind your girls they are there to give good service to us Client who pay for our Starbucks why hire snobby girls with bad attitudes for no reason SMH

Arrived at about 1PM today, there were about seven people in line in front of us. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they donāt have any espresso at all, only iced coffee and cold brew. I am confused about why they saw a huge line and didnāt think to inform anyone of that BEFORE they let them wait 15 minutes? When I brought this up to the barista working the POS I was met with a death glare and an eye roll. Super helpful, awesome staff and service. Thanks!

Donāt ask questions or youāll be given condescending answers with attitude.Canceled my order immediately due to her lack of human decency & she smiled & said, āhave a nice day.ā She definitely gets a high out of being rude to customers for literally no reason. Iāll stick to the Starbucks outside, longer wait but way better atmosphere & care. You never know what someone is going through, kindness can go a long way.

Shaq is the best!!! Very good customer service , he always has the best attitude and that is very hard to find, every time he is there he just has the best smile and attitude and always ready to help, I just want him to get recognized for his hard work!! He makes my day every time I come in to this Starbucks location!!!
