Not sure why Consistency is so hit and miss here, I’d order a venti and get 3/4 of the cup wort of coffee which has happened twice, I had to ask the last time for them to add coffee which is uncomfortable in itself.
I then ordered a Pistachio Latte with Carmel sugar and sweet cream foam which tasted like they put drain cleaner in there. Very unpleasant bitter chemical taste that lingered long after tasting it, I had to toss it and sat there thinking if they actually put something in there.
This location is very convenient since I live down the street but it’s always hit and miss with the flavors and quality to the point where I stopped going here or will stop at a different one when it’s on my way.

A Large String of Black Hair in My Drink Today, after I already had to take back, first drink that was made wrongly! It’s a shame how much money we pay now days and people can’t get it right GROSSED OUT! AFTER REFUND I WONT BE BACK.

This place is useless if you want to sit inside and use your laptop. It's fine if all you want is grab-and-go. Staff was very nice, and service very quick and efficient.

All I did was sit outside and was told I wasn’t allowed to cause I didn’t buy anything and that if I stayed it would be trespassing. So I left. Holy moly this place sucks. Go to Dutch bros at Bethany if you can. At least they have respect for you even if you don’t buy anything.

Ordered in store pickup and showed up on foot, the lobby was closed. I was able to get my friends car nearby and pick up my order. The staff was rude and filled my drink with ice to the rim. Almost the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.
Not a sit down relax and enjoy Starbucks. Service was good. Beverage was meh.

I haven't been here since the construction over 6 months ago, but the place looks clean. The service was friendly and fast. Quality is still the same. I'll definitely start back making this my regular spot on the rare occasions that I get Starbucks.

I had multiple issues with the Starbucks in the past, but this one takes it all as there was a four-legged creature in my coffee I will upload photos and a video Of a baby roach 🪳 in my coffee ☕️ which was served cold and hot white mochas should not be cold so I came home and took the lid off to heat it up and that’s when I seen it
