This is a dystopian Starbucks. Meaning just a counter. No artwork. No music. No retail or beans to buy. No tables. No chairs. Nothing. They were surprised a human walked in to order. I had a large customized order and preferred to do it in person rather than drive thru. This is a sad, sad store.
It was 117 degrees in the Phoenix area & I just finished a 12 hour shift. Itâs 07:00 / 19:00. & I drive upâŠI ask for 2 cups of ice. This Young Lady tells me something a Starbucks employee has never told me in my LIFE - âNo, Sorry, We Canât Give You Free Water or Free Ice!â â WHAT!?? Iâve Lived in 21 States. Since WhenâŠToday 6/20/25 ? Then Look How Racist They Were! I Drive AwayâŠAnother Employee Runs To The Door To Lock It! SMH! đ€ŠđŸââïž â Iâm Going All The Up To Corporate With This One

The staff in here is extremely rude. i ordered online thru the app but when i get there to pick up my drinks and ask for the staff that if I can use the restroom but they were refused us to use and said the restroom not for the public, I understand, that is not for the public if you're not buying something or non customers allows to use the restroom. But we're Starbucks's customers and have been orders the drinks everyday. I don't know Starbuck company build the restroom for customers or just for Starbucks's employees..That's odd.

Not sure why Consistency is so hit and miss here, Iâd order a venti and get 3/4 of the cup wort of coffee which has happened twice, I had to ask the last time for them to add coffee which is uncomfortable in itself.
I then ordered a Pistachio Latte with Carmel sugar and sweet cream foam which tasted like they put drain cleaner in there. Very unpleasant bitter chemical taste that lingered long after tasting it, I had to toss it and sat there thinking if they actually put something in there.
This location is very convenient since I live down the street but itâs always hit and miss with the flavors and quality to the point where I stopped going here or will stop at a different one when itâs on my way.

A Large String of Black Hair in My Drink Today, after I already had to take back, first drink that was made wrongly! Itâs a shame how much money we pay now days and people canât get it right GROSSED OUT! AFTER REFUND I WONT BE BACK.

This place is useless if you want to sit inside and use your laptop. It's fine if all you want is grab-and-go. Staff was very nice, and service very quick and efficient.

All I did was sit outside and was told I wasnât allowed to cause I didnât buy anything and that if I stayed it would be trespassing. So I left. Holy moly this place sucks. Go to Dutch bros at Bethany if you can. At least they have respect for you even if you donât buy anything.
