I was waiting for mobile order order and the barista was SO rude to the gentleman in front of me. He was waiting for an uber order and he asked if he could have some water. The barista snapped at him and said it was only for customers… so then the driver asked how much it cost for a cup of water, and the barista was still agitated and said it was against company policy and he couldn’t sell water and he needed to buy a drink. Never coming here again… it costs nothing to be nice to people. Only came because I had a gift card anyways. Train your employees to be respectful.

I ordered a pink drink. This tastes horrible and is almost white, probably because there’s way too much coconut milk. I order this drink frequently, I know exactly what it’s supposed to look and taste like. I didn’t even bother saying anything because the last time I came to this location and complained about something the barista argued with us about it.

Worst customer service! I waited for someone to even acknowledge I was waiting for an order and when I asked the cashier had an attitude as to why I am asking for my order. Mind you there are 6 people working with two of them just standing around. Starbucks customer service is going down and there are no friendly faces. I am never coming back. If I could give the place zero stars I would.

Came in today 2/6/25 around 3pm and every single barista that was there , were rude. They did not greet nor anything . Do better ladies
This worthless pathetic excuse of establishment NEVER has anything! I’ve came early morning, late at night and it’s always the same, “I’m sorry but we’re all out of ____” The worst part? I have to wait for the drive thru line to go to be able to get out of line. This establishment has got to be most ridiculous and pathetic thing to ever exist!
