Service is very inconsistent. The drinks are not consistent. The whipped cream has gotten runny consistency anymore,sometimes when we’ve ordered our sugar-free I think they’ve used regular. I just think they need to pay better attention to these drinks since they do cost so much.

Ordered a drink with oatmilk because I am very allergic to dairy, and my drink ended up having dairy in it, and now I am really sick with a stomach ache and diarrhea very disappointed will not be returning to this location ever again. When I walked in, nobody came to greet me until after 10 minutes of me just waiting

I’ve came to this location a few times and the few times I did has been super bad experience. I’ll never come to this location again, their service is terrible. The moment I walked in nobody greeted me or said anything but they all looked at me. Secondly I’ve spent my hard earned money with but moment I didn’t and wanted a cup of water the refused me without purchase, while it was 110 outside! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!
