Service is very inconsistent. The drinks are not consistent. The whipped cream has gotten runny consistency anymore,sometimes when we’ve ordered our sugar-free I think they’ve used regular. I just think they need to pay better attention to these drinks since they do cost so much.

Ordered a drink with oatmilk because I am very allergic to dairy, and my drink ended up having dairy in it, and now I am really sick with a stomach ache and diarrhea very disappointed will not be returning to this location ever again. When I walked in, nobody came to greet me until after 10 minutes of me just waiting

I’ve came to this location a few times and the few times I did has been super bad experience. I’ll never come to this location again, their service is terrible. The moment I walked in nobody greeted me or said anything but they all looked at me. Secondly I’ve spent my hard earned money with but moment I didn’t and wanted a cup of water the refused me without purchase, while it was 110 outside! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I was waiting for mobile order order and the barista was SO rude to the gentleman in front of me. He was waiting for an uber order and he asked if he could have some water. The barista snapped at him and said it was only for customers… so then the driver asked how much it cost for a cup of water, and the barista was still agitated and said it was against company policy and he couldn’t sell water and he needed to buy a drink. Never coming here again… it costs nothing to be nice to people. Only came because I had a gift card anyways. Train your employees to be respectful.
