Worst place to order something fast....is only one person at register and make your drinks at the same time... 15 min 3 people infront of me... wooow Starbucks hire more people is not too hard ....the employee is nice but sooo slow :( i will never comeback to this location 😤

Sent my husband to get us 2 Java Chips. No whip cream nor chocolate drizzle. Same price. Not happy with order. Plus no one answered the phone. I waited 15 minutes and then they cut me off!

First, the service was slow, despite the store not being particularly busy. The barista seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to a long wait for my drink. When I finally received it, there was no greeting or acknowledgment of my order—just a rushed handover.
Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I left feeling disappointed. I hope they can improve both their service and food quality in the future.

My car wouldn’t start after loaded groceries. It’s 110* today. While I waited for husband to arrive, I went back into Safeway to get a cold drink at this Starbucks. I’m 76, beet red, overheated and feeling faint. That’s no one’s fault. A lady was waiting on her order and there was a gentleman in front of me in line. The barista leaves me standing there and fixes the other two orders. No one else is in line. No problem. It’s not the barista’s fault I’m ready to pass out. But after my order, I move to stand to wait for my drink when a lady walks up. He takes her order, which is a double order. Then he takes several more customer orders who walk up. Finally he fixed my drink and hands it to me. I lean in and quietly say that my grandson is a Starbucks manager and he would get written up for making me wait like this. He was polite with his response. But then he tells the customers after me what I said and they are staring at me while I’m sitting at one of their tables waiting for husband to get my car started. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but young man, that’s extremely rude to a lady already having a bad day. Shame on you.

Don’t go to this POS either they charge you $.25 per cup. Even thoughwater is supposed to be free raggedy. I stuck my hand out and nothing so what. Good to know it can be 105° out and you guys are still gonna make people pay for water in any way shape or form

I can day I do enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and pastries. The only negative thing I have is that their blended Fraps tast water down compared to most places. Like the Carmel frap taste like ice mostly. Doesn't taste like any coffee is in it.

They take forever and it's not even that busy The kid at the cashier has terrible manners and customer service I could barely hear what he was saying he needs to talk louder, he just said whats up with his head and didn't even ask me how I'm doing and what I wanted seems ghetto and was wearing a bandana like he was a thug or something

Two people working and neither wanted to help me. It seems that one worker wanted the other to take my order, but neither did. I waited about ten minutes and I ended up leaving. I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all. One star is a lot for not getting anything.

I think it’s a requirement to be rude to be able to work at this store and Starbucks. Everyone from the Deli to customer service is just rude amd cranky all the time. I come here all the time because I live close and like their fruits.
