The fact that I ordered my coffee they didn't make my coffee right then I had to go and park in one of the spots to wait for somebody to bring me my coffee this is ridiculous

I definitely say stop by this Starbucks on 43rd and Dunlap. I literally pass up a couple of Starbucks just to come over here. They will take very good care of you. Just come see them.

I am very happy with this location. All of the employees have made me feel happy to go to this location. The coffee I order is always made the way I request and they have taken an interest in the fact that I am a repeat guest. They do exceptional work here better than many other locations. I know someone who is close with their regional mgr. I will ask her to put a good word in for this location. Thank you guys it takes so little to make people happy and I think they are doing it very well at this location. I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location.btgank you Kyara, Preston, liz and I can't remember the others names but I will and I do really appreciate them. The baristas are so sweet and nice. They make my day! They've been writing on cups and it's so sweet of them! The beverages taste so much better than it used to be. Fantastic overall.

Most of the workers have horrible attitudes & They steal money for “TIPS” from this one. Found out they took an extra $2 when I paid that I DID NOT approve giving to them for a tip! It’s $2 but it’s still the principle of them taking and didn’t even ask if I wanted to leave a tip! Plus they don’t make their drinks at this one with love! Never going to this Starbucks location!!! About to call corporate over $2 bc they got me messed up!!
i went to Starbucks on 43rd and Dunlap and there was this barista zainab who is just the absolute sweetest. Like, I’ve been to a lot of different Starbucks locations, and I’ve never had a barista be as genuinely kind as she is.

I have came here several times over the last year or so and I have been served by many different employees, but I've never gotten such amazing service like I have from Zainab. she always somehow brightens my day. she is a lovely person never once has she given attitude or gotten my order wrong. I have genuinely never seen someone put so much love into each person they take care of. she is a gem.

I came to this Starbucks to have a better experience then I did last time and the person who took my order did not tell me they weren’t taking cash so I came to the window and I was $1.28 yes $1.28 short from the money that was put in my app so I tried to give them cash and the lady apologized she was sweet and said she’s sorry it was her fault for not telling me they’re not taking cash I asked if she can excuse the $1.28 a very rude unprofessional lady name Valentina without a name tag came rudely and said sorry we are not taking cash there’s nothing I can do unless you pay I said excuse mam she slammed the window on my face and then came back rudely and said her safe is working but she put the money back in my Starbucks account they took I’m in shock from the behavior of these baristas the line was held up for what $1.28 this is the 2nd horrible experience I’ve have within 3 months I pray Starbucks hires kinder people I love my Starbucks and the baristas I just feel the brand should higher their expectations on just being kind
