Your employees are on auto pilot and don’t pay attention. Screw up orders due to lack of listening to the customer. This morning was the third time from 3 different employees. They don’t fix it and give you an attitude when telling them they messed it up. A cafe frap has coffee in it how hard is it to hear “cafe” and how hard is it to correct the order or get a refund. I dumped the cup on my way out. I frequent this fry’s and won’t be going back. 3 strikes your out. Train your employees better or get them QTips to clean their ears out and train them on attitude adjustments. Traveled out of my way to better coffee shop. Black rock on 35th ave greenway. I’d recommend going there if you want good service.

I always visit this Starbucks never really have issues. This morning was horrible, the line is usually long but I always wait. Today a fairly new batista made my coffee after looking at the coffee I already knew it was not going to taste well, tasted like chocolatemilk. I asked if a new one could be made after waiting 15 minutes it wasn't made yet. When waiting I heard another customer complaining about her coffee that it didn't taste right. I then asked for a refund and was told they couldn't help me and to talk to a store manager. Store manager did not know how to deal with refunds from starbucks. I wasted 30 minutes for a coffee I didn't get. RIDICULOUS.

There is never anyone here! Multiple times there’s been 5 or 6 people in line with no one to help them for 15+ minutes until they give up and leave. Don’t even know how Mike still has a job when he’s outside and the workers of Frys have to search the outside of the store to find him. You can tell even they are sick of dealing with it. If you actually want coffee, I would suggest a different Starbucks.

I was at Frys and saw an employee at the register with a nice refreshing tall water with lemon from Starbucks. I decided I was going to go ask for one. Walked up to the counter and asked the girl if I could bother her for one. She looked slightly annoyed which I didn't get. While waiting for my water I saw a tumbler I really liked so I brought it to the register. I was in a really good mood after working all day. She then went on to lecture me on her being closed and she will do it for me anyway. I had no idea they were closed with all the lights on. Would have taken less time to just sell me the cup. That is the first time anyone at Starbuchs was anything but nice to me. Made me sad.

Awful. The employees here do not care. They are poorly trained and have no sense of urgency. I understand this is a grocery store location, however there should be the same expectations as a traditional store location. I do not recommend this location.

Parking: This is at a grocery store. There's tons of parking.
