Music was blasting uncomfortably loud. ... The worst customer service. I was treated with contempt, and as if I was inconveniencing them by ordering a coffee. They have their "clique" behind the counter frantically putting orders together without acknowledging the fact that they have a job because there's customers standing there at the counter being ignored. Gal walks past me and says with annoyance "we'll be with you in a moment" . TERRIBLE experience!!!

I love the baristas here, theyâve always been great, Thank You! My problem is the weak espresso, I shouldnât need to buy an extra shot for the same drink that I get elsewhere. At a different store I used to check, and calibrate when needed, the espresso machine every morning I opened including the decaf. Granted it was a long time ago, my espresso drinks at 43rd Ave & Thunderbird lack flavor and the baristas are consistent in their order preparation. Please check the calibration! Definitely thereâs a problem! Thx!

Iâve been to many coffee shops including Starbucks but this is the worst customer service one. I ordered a popping boba refresher with âweâre out of the big boba strawâ while she handed me the drink!? Hello? Also, I ordered 5+ drinks.. no drink holder. What I got was âsorry we donât have any carry trayâ whatâs?!? Whoâs the manager!! everything is out!! Barbista are lifeless.. no hello! Not inviting at all!!

I placed my order in the app and went inside. They were slammed both inside and in the drive-thru. It was almost noon, so they were super busy. I put my order in on 52nd Ave and Thunderbird, and they were just past 43rd Ave and Thunderbird, and despite their being so many customers there, it was all ready to go when I walked in. I have to say I was impressed. I was in and out. My drink was delicious and great in this heat. Caffé Vanilla Frappuccino with a shot of expresso delicious ?
