I went through the drive thru and ordered a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia and it was not even warmed up. Do better Starbucks!

Went to purchase a matcha latte and asked for it to be a medium with lite ice because it was cold outside and they gave me milk with extra ice and the drink had barely any matcha. Is there something going on with giving customers watered down drinks for asking to make it with lite ice? Also the brown sugar shaken espresso are watered down as well. I live nearby but now I avoid this Starbucks in particular. Please give customers their money worth we come here for convenience not because the drinks are stellar.

Thank god for Alyssa the ASM here. I just spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line at the 59th Ave and olive Starbucks that is near my house only to get to the order speaker and be told that my very basic order (a Trenta Cold Brew with the flavor on the side can not be done) I get this drink everyday. I slowly add the flavor to the CB as I drink it. And I always expect to pay for said flavor. I ended up not ordering anything and having to wait even longer to leave the line I was stuck in. And missing my window to get coffee before work. How in the world can a store not put the flavor on the side. So I called Alyssa at 43rd and Thunderbird and she apologized and redirected me to come to here store informing me that putting the drink flavor on the side is doable. It is wild that from store to store the beverage craft and connection can vary so wildly. However I am glad that I called another location close to where I get groceries. Even though my experience at the 59th&olivelocation was beyond disappointing. Alyssa was able to recover my loyalty because I was close to just giving up entirely and going to Dutch moving forward.
i am very disappointed in my experience today, me and my friends walked in and immediately felt unwelcomed by the vibe that was set in there. We walked up to the counter and we waited about 5 mins for someone to take our order, as we proceed to order the person working the register was being rude about how she couldn’t hear that great. We understand but there was no need to be moody about it. We finished ordering and we each waited about a good ten minutes for our drinks and another ten for our pastry’s, one of our friends waited 20 minutes to get both his drink and pastry. This whole experience that we had today was not great, the line in the drive through wasn’t long I don’t know how that works, but we had poor customer service. How do u mix up olivia and emma for that.

A great place to have a wonderful time to visit a gorgeous mansion. At Halloween they have a haunted house which i enjoyed the tour very much. I would recommend it, I don't scare very easily but they got me good. I loved the tale and the people were amazing. Want a fright 😱 for Halloween, book a tour. I can't wait to see the place at Christmas.

Went to Starbucks today to meet up with a friend. I asked for a water while I waited. I was told I couldn’t have until I placed an order. I was kindly waiting for my friend to arrive. It’s 100+ everyday in Phoenix right now. They refused to give me a cup of water. By the time I did order my chai wasn’t stirred and they forgot to make my friends drink.

I’ve been to many Starbucks in my day. I’ve never walked into a Starbucks with every employee shouting “WELCOME TO STARBUCKS!” Instantly made my day. Delivered my coffee to me at my table and shared a good laugh. Will go out of my way to visit this location when I’m in the area.

I've had no problems with the staff or food here for the most part. My complaint is that they always have a huge line at the drive-thru because they are constantly closing their lobby. I have seen their lobby closed more often than it has been open on the weekends lately. Seems like maybe there might be a staffing issue that needs to get solved? It's very frustrating when I have very limited time and have to sit in that line instead of doing a mobile order and picking up at the counter. Now, today, after sitting in the line for like 10 minutes, I saw everybody just pulling away and leaving and then I finally got up to this order area and nobody even answered. So they weren't open or something weird was going on

Waited 20 minutes for a regular coffee. Very disorganized. Had to ask for a refund for them to “bump it up”
Curly hair refuses to give water to someone who is thirsty. Great job protecting star bucks from losing that 10c on a cup and water.
Very nice, clean ,helpful ,inside and outside table to sit down and enjoy your coffee ☕️
