Waited 20 minutes for a regular coffee. Very disorganized. Had to ask for a refund for them to “bump it up”
Curly hair refuses to give water to someone who is thirsty. Great job protecting star bucks from losing that 10c on a cup and water.
Very nice, clean ,helpful ,inside and outside table to sit down and enjoy your coffee ☕️
They got my order wrong twice. Follow the written instructions or don't make the drink.
Arrived on my electric scooter in the drive thru and was kindly asked to order inside. My riding buddy and I gave no fuss and moved inside to order. The drink I wanted was out of stock, happens, but was then denied drinking water without a purchase. Denying water during the Arizona summer is just not okay. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my electric scooter unattended. We have ordered in the drive thru in the past, not sure where the issue was, especially with no line.

Service has definitely slowed down at this location. Much longer lines and more mistakes than in the past.
Came to this location today and ordered a decaf Frappuccino but I got a drink nothing like that!! It tasted more like a milk shake with sugar . Tasted nothing a like previous ones I’ve ordered. Then to top it off the girl (Aria) working There was so rude she said she could not make another one and asked to park my car to the side and go inside to order another one. Never going there again.

I don't normal rate large companies. But Tara at this store is amazing and deserves a shout out. My coffee is perfect every morning when she works. Only barista that always gets it right 🖤 I come to this location for her drinks.
She wasn't there today and it truly made me appreciate her drinks even more.
Today, I placed my order through the app to pick it up since I work in the same plaza as this location—it’s just a 5-minute walk for me. I was pretty surprised to get there and find the lobby closed. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, either. Last time, I tried walking through the drive-thru during my lunch break, and an employee yelled at me, assuming I was loitering or something, which wasn’t great. But today was worse. I’d already lost 20 minutes of my break, and when I knocked on the door for my order, the barista wouldn’t open it. I gestured that I was on foot—no car—and she still pointed me to the drive-thru. It was frustrating because I don’t have a car, and this is supposed to be a quick option for me. I order through the app for convenience, not to deal with this. If you offer in-app ordering and the lobby is closed, please close ordering ahead so people aren’t stuck in this situation. Honestly, it’s making me rethink the customer service at this place. I ended up leaving without my order and called corporate to complain. If you’re nearby and want coffee, I’d suggest trying somewhere else—this location’s service just isn’t cutting it.

The employees are allowed to give restroom access prior to a purchase, what a DUMP. I had to buy a coffee and leave it unattended while I used the restroom. Skip this location.
