We bought a hot caramel mochiato with 2 pumps of mocha syrup and it tasted really watered down and we also ordered the iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha and it was also very watered down.
Save your energy - Go to Dutch! They're not rude. They don't burn their espresso shots. And overall they are NICE TO YOU, tip or not.

The attendant asked me if I wanted my change? What kind of question is that? Also, the main lobby was closed. Terrible service. This is the third time in a row that I get terrible service from Starbucks. Might be a sign. That’s how the goose stops producing golden eggs.

Probably never ordering there pockets they’re is nothing but an 8th cup size of protein in this jalapeño chicken pocket and the panini has majority bread to origine ratio ridiculous

Drinks were not full...it's like they poured grande into venti cups...or someone took a drink...either way the drinks are to expensive to not make them correctly.
No tables to sit down at any more. So not a real friendly atmosphere.And if you walk in, there isn't even a menu on the wall! I used to enjoy going there and just watching people and enjoying coffee with my daughter or my grandchildren. I very rarely go to starbucks anymore.

I usually don’t have much of a bad experience here however, I ordered an iced shaken espresso in which I ordered for pick up in store. I arrived early so I grabbed my drink as soon as they called out my name and I noticed immediately by the color there was far too much oat milk in it. I tried it once I got in my car as I was already running a bit late to work since I waited extra for my drink. It was also extremely watered down which was not on me as I grabbed it once it was ready. I’m not sure if they poured the shot and let it sit in the ice extra long then added way more oat milk it called for. I would have politely asked for them to remake it had I not already been in a rush to work. It’s just disappointing when you have a relatively easy order, minimal modifications and it can’t stay consistent.

They have no restroom for the public or seating areas. It's basically just a drive threw but your standing instead of sitting in your comfy car.

Don't waste your time or money.
Not only do they take forever and you get treated like 💩 if you don't tip; they charge for stuff you don't get and burn your espresso!
