The smell I almost couldn't enter the building I was looking to see if there was a dead body. Had to make a run to my car. Plus there was no where to sit and drink my coffee what if I wanted that free refill and not to mention only 9 people can be in the building this location makes no sense 😕

Called corporate to verify what the worker told me and infact is incorrect and customers should be allowed to buy ice and a cup of water ! You keep treating customers like that your gna keep loosing customers i shouldn't have to purchase a coffee if I want to purchase a cup of ice water thats just disgusting starbucks would rather u die of heat !!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS LOCATION LET ALONE ANY OTHER LOCATIONS. WE LIVE IN ARIZONA . its summer time I walked in to get a cup of ice and they wouldn't give me on i said I would pay i need it for my warm water he would not sell me a cup of ice nor a cup of ice water we live in Arizona !!! this is the worst business ive ever been to and will not support this business worst customer service just let customers die of heat even tho I was willing to pay !!! STARBUCKS HAS LOST MY BUSINESS !!!!

Nickolas the manager is very rude and very unprofessional expecially to be a
Employee let alone a manager at Starbucks!!!
This is the worse customer service/ experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and been coming to this location for 2 years and would never return because of his work ethic and smart remarks

Went to pick up a mobile order inside and when I stated the name for pick up a woman inside told me they accidentally gave her my drink and she drank it without realizing so she advised me to check and make sure they made me a new one, well the did not. I got handed the same drink and when I asked they proceeded to ask me how I knew and I told them the woman had let me know and they remade my drink but the fact they were just going to hand it over like that is crazy if I had not been advised I would’ve taken a drink that had been drunk by someone else.

The coffee is bad and the food is expensive for being microwaveables. The drive through is long and unsafe. There is no more dine in and the order lobby is usually closed.
