The location is good but they hire teenagers who need training because the lady didn't put my drinks in the cup holder all the way so they spilled on my front seat and when you say something to them they're smart about it saying here is a rag. Like she could've said I'm sorry or let me make you another one but nah didn't want to own up to mistake. Plus they had to redo my food because they couldn't find it. Lmfao how do you lose food like it's a small little coffee shop just admit you forgot to make it or you gave it away to someone else I mean accidents happen but the accountability at this location is non existent.

The pastry was so-so and the service was plain. Also, I’m disappointed that as a customer I’m not able to use a restroom inside a Starbucks anymore. I think that’s ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I ordered my $7 drink, via app, with light ice. When I arrived drink was FULL of ice. I asked for it to be made with light ice. My Vente drink was handed to me only filled to top measure line. I kid you not! I was told I could fill it up myself at the SELF SERVE counter! This is UNACCEPTABLE! If I could post a Pic you would be SHOCKED. I showed all my colleagues and their mouths dropped open in shock. When I use up my gift card I will no longer drink STARBUCKS drinks! Cheap, cheap, cheap. They want to fill cups with ice to add $$ to pockets! I'll be using BLACK ROCK or even CIRCLE K!
I did a online order , 3 xtimes they got it wrong I have never had a coffee made 3 times and it be wrong 4 try still not rt , I left ! Not trained enough to make a simple coffee . 8.oo dollars you want it rt it's a expensive coffee .
