Nice spot to hang out. This Starbucks closes at 5. The staff have to put in a code for you to access the bathroom. I grabbed a couple of coffees and hung out for a bit.

not a smile in sight, Richard took my order oat flat white, 2 shots which is a 'Tall'. It's not busy, I stood near the barista, he put flat white down, I asked if it was for 'TJ', picked it up it had nothing else written l, I asked if it was oat, he looked unamused and took it back asking who unordered from ... need I go onHe had to remake it and gave it back with no cardboard heat thingy, just poor service for a $5.20 coffee. Left me feeling unhappy.

Starbucks is .. Starbucks, so you know what you’re getting , an overpriced coffee and limited choice of food options. Located at Arizona State University downtown campus it would be really good cafe, as it’s nice and clean and located in strategic point, but the main problem is staff. Looks like they are all some temporary students, completely unmotivated, without any customer attention or interaction. You probably would get a smile quicker from robot. Whoever is franchising this place should really think not just about making more money by hiring cheap labour, but more about customer service and satisfaction, to have customers return back.Vegetarian options: LimitedDietary restrictions: LimitedParking: Some limited spots in streetKid-friendliness: No high chairsWheelchair accessibility: Possible

Visited this location during graduation season for the 1st time and it wasn't a pleasant experienceThe girl at the counter probably was having a bad day but was very impatient while taking my order and while I was trying to pull out the app, after I finished my bite, I asked another employee for the bathroom's code, went to try, didn't work and when asking a second time the guy gives me attitude because I misheard him; would be nice if they get better trained in how to provide customer service to the ones that are new clientsAnd on top of everything, outside there was a guy sitting on the chairs that wasn't a Starbucks' client who was drinking out of a paper bag and smoking what smells like a skunk

These employees have no clue what they are doing. I’m a former Starbucks worker and watched the barista make my drink and he was so far from getting the recipe right. Happened twice to me save your money

The drink was great.The problem was that I watched the individual on sandwiches drop the black part of the bagle cutter on the floor.When I told the cashier she went to confront the girl. She said oh but the part that hit the floor doesn't touch the bagels.It was never taken to be washed nor was anyone else made aware of what happened.Disgusting. I am never getting bagels here ever.Anyone that's actually taken the food handler's test would know that that's unacceptable.

Ok so the service is fine but the Fraps not good at all..... caramel Frappuccino was so light in color, it looks like they just mix milk and caramel syrup I couldn't taste the coffee I didn't like it
