Apparently this location is open at 430 every morning, not when I go there! It's hit and miss and it really sucks when you leave early for work so you can get a coffee and the location isn't open at the time advertised. I've even been told at the drive-thru that we're not open for another 5 minutes after this should have been open for almost an hour! Wtf is wrong with people these days nobody knows how to work and what punctuality is anymore.

Just had tooth surgery next door to this location. Came in to purchase a water and they refused to sell me a water seeing my face swollen and dripping blood from my mouth: tried convincing me to buy a cake pop or something sweet , I’m diabetic and just had surgery on my mouth. Beyond unacceptable and rude as these employees!

I went to go grab a venti Matcha Latte and I try not to go to starbucks because every time the drinks aren’t made correctly and getting too expensive, but today was no exception! I ordered my drink and I could tell it was not mixed correctly because the match powder was stuck to the sides of the drink. I have worked at starbucks before and know when a drink is made incorrectly. Hopefully management can correct this or Starbucks will continue to lose more customers. P.S it wasn’t that busy.

I order from this Starbucks often because it’s in a very convenient location. I mobile order because I dont feel confident in my ability to order in the drive thru. Most of the time, I mobile order and then drive to the location. The most recent time, I didn’t have time to and ordered in the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker, the girl seemed very peeved that I’d ordered in line. I assured her I didn’t expect it to be magically ready for me at the window, and that I just didn’t like ordering in person. She seemed awfully annoyed. I understand that it feels kind of sneaky to mobile order in the drive thru line, but really, what is the difference between me ordering at the speaker and me mobile ordering? I’m not trying to skip the line, and realistically I’m making their life a bit simpler since they don’t have to take the order and can just slap a sticker on the cup. I don’t need the attitude when all I want is my coffee. I’m a barista as well so I understand the stress of the job. But don’t take it out on someone who has no malicious intentions, and just wants her goddamn caffeine without sass through the speaker.

The girls are there are moving ridiculously slow. There was no people and i ordered ahead. When i arrived i still waited 20 min in an empty Starbucks. The location got packed and still moving slow. Its funny and I mean no disrespect when I say they need a gay guy on staff so that one runs smoothly!

Absolutely the most disrespectful lady who was taking the order from the drive through. Kept over speaking me while I was ordering and completely used inappropriate tone and words for a professional setting especially when servicing someone.
