My daughter went up to the counter to ask for water and the cashier told her she needed to purchase something or provide proof of a purchase. This is Arizona and it's over 100 degrees outside. It's common courtesy to provide water to anyone who asks. I will just go to Black Rock where I have never been denied water, whether I purchased something or not.

awent to obtain 3 drinks. The person working on drive through gave me the wrong drink and had the audasity to tell me that i order the wrong drink. when I aked for more oatmilk to be added to my cold brew she said that they charged. Starbucks don't charge anymore for creamer or substitions. overall a horrible experience

The only other time I’ve ever seen that is at a target Starbucks. Is this a permanent fixture for this location? I will only order ahead at this location because I don’t find the service the best.

If I could leave a zero star review I definitely would! Worse Starbucks ever, this was my go to place and now it’s the location I avoid. What happened to all the nice people who worked there before? Lobby is always closed, they are always out of everything. I hope the manager to this store gets their shit together and gets rid of all these people who are rude af!

Apparently this location is open at 430 every morning, not when I go there! It's hit and miss and it really sucks when you leave early for work so you can get a coffee and the location isn't open at the time advertised. I've even been told at the drive-thru that we're not open for another 5 minutes after this should have been open for almost an hour! Wtf is wrong with people these days nobody knows how to work and what punctuality is anymore.
Worst experience ever please avoid!!! This place lizzo is rude disrespectful and refuse to provide refund when asked for it. Never going there again avoid a hassle!!

Just had tooth surgery next door to this location. Came in to purchase a water and they refused to sell me a water seeing my face swollen and dripping blood from my mouth: tried convincing me to buy a cake pop or something sweet , I’m diabetic and just had surgery on my mouth. Beyond unacceptable and rude as these employees!
