Went through the drive thru and they messed up my drink 3 times! I had to go in and I spoke to Natalie already frustrated and she responded with kindness explaining they are short staffed today. Her customer service is outstanding and completely turned my mood around. Give her a raise she deserves it!!

Indeed was a very bad experience because of the guy taking the order he gave the meaniest attitude and didn't ask for a name neither asked for a receipt and the guy did not hear what sized we ordered and gave one of my drinks a grande when I asked for a venti and they forgot about my drink and I had to reask for my drink to be made all the guy had to do was get the order and tell them the girls what drinks to made that's all he had to do didn't even have to make the drinks overall bad experience but the drinks were good.

Horrible customer service. I placed my order at the drive thru and the girl had an attitude when I asked if they still had banana bread. I got my bread and when the guy handed me my drink I let him know I didn't order that he ignored me and was going to let me go before paying and then pulled out the scanner. No point did he say a word to me. Dutch bros employees are in the sun and still a lot friendly then this location.

I used to love this Starbucks now they take forever to get my drink even the barista makes them different they don’t taste like Starbucks anymore I think I’ll just start going somewhere I wonder what happens to all the other girls they had everything so perfect .

worst starbucks on planet-so slow-spend your lunch in drive thru and then order is wrong! Even tried going in store and they are so rude. Never again
I ordered the Dulce it was very tasty. I also ordered a blueberry muffin. Its better warm. Drive through was not too busy . Cashier was nice and friendly.

Waited 15mins for an online order I placed ahead of time for drive thru and they had it sitting on the counter but made me get out of line and go wait at the pick up window. It isn’t my fault you’re busy, I ordered ahead of time and got in the drive thru line that was my preferred way of pick up I set. Pick up is supposed to be faster and easier for both of us. Asked for a shot of espresso and gave it to me over ice :( when I did not request that. Didn’t feel like arguing just advising others to avoid this Starbucks. They suck

My daughter went up to the counter to ask for water and the cashier told her she needed to purchase something or provide proof of a purchase. This is Arizona and it's over 100 degrees outside. It's common courtesy to provide water to anyone who asks. I will just go to Black Rock where I have never been denied water, whether I purchased something or not.
