I usually come up here to get water im a local. Today i come in and a women named estellia changed me for the cups it was a dollar. I didnt say nothing because i get it not everyone follows policy but that should be handled then. im a manager and i make sure all my employees knows policies and stick by them. I hope you guess can fix this. Plus you charging for water but it is 98 plus out here, come on be real.

They have a new employee asking for help to the employee in charge she didn’t know what type of milk and how many shoots of coffee put on my latte she not even care to help her ,when I ask to cancel my order she got mad ignored me and go back to his friends that they were sitting just like a customer she acts I feel bad for the new worker then when I when to my car she was smoking outside leaving the new girl alone

Parking: Drive thru leaves plenty of parking space they don't cause a traffic jam because they aren't so close together like many other locations

Holy smokes! First I go to one Starbucks near here and they do not have chairs and they don't have a bathroom. Then I go to another independently owned place, Cafe Enima, and the person working there does not speak English and there's no menu for me to point to. So then I go to this third place and, again, no chairs! I am so leaving this neighborhood now. Just want a freaking double macchiato!
