Workers seem too distracted socializing with eachother and messed up customers simple orders. Ordered 3 drinks one with no whip, they only made 2 drinks but put whipped cream on it. & forgot to make the 3rd drink. Wasn't too busy either.

i came in and asked “katie” what a drink was called and she told me. she was very nice. thank you for the pumpkin frappe with no coffee and no whipped cream katie.

Its a typical starbucks. Overpriced but convenient when on the go. Can make drinks just as good from home for a lot less.
