I requested a strawberry matcha Frappuccino And this is what I got.? I rather have them told me they didn’t have any instead of putting a little bit where you can even taste it. So I’m really annoyed that I pay for this and they can’t even get it right !!!!!!

As a person who used to work for Starbucks, this experience was horrible and if I would have talked to people this way and took 30 minutes to make 1 drink I would have been in trouble. There are over 10 people here. The wait and the attitude is just ridiculous

This is the worst starbucks there is in phx! Ordered one venti drink for mobile pick up and it took them 30 minutes to hand it to me! I absolutely hate this location workers are so rude and slow! Never coming again!
Double check your drinks; they tend to forget to add the extra shot of espresso. Also, they lose track of what orders have been on standby for more than 10 to 15 minutes.

This a drive thru only Starbucks. Despite this Starbucks being just a walk up the employees do not let that stop them from providing a friendly and charming interaction. If you don’t use the drive thru then you pull into the parking lot and walk up to the order window. Very much like a Dutch Bros. I’m a regular due to a new job and the area and I couldn’t be more happy that this is the Starbucks I get to stop at before work.

The wait time is insane even more so in the early hours of the day 230am to 4am. Homeless people knocking on your car windows while you wait in line. The coffee doesn’t taste the same, some of the employees are rude as can be. Waste of money!!

We waited a shocking 35 minutes in the drive through only to receive both drinks incorrectly! No apology for the wait and undrinkable coffee due to the mistake. I gave this location a second chance but there won’t be a third. Bummer!!
