As you can see this location is in ARIZONA where every other day Phoenix is breaking a new heat record. I realized I hadn’t had any water and I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to purchase something for WATER! This was so nasty. As hot and dry it is here and to be told I had to purchase something for water was a very disgusting unacceptable move.

The woman who worked was fairly angry. My matcha was chunky. I asked for it to be remade and she took it, turned to a coworker and said “remake this.” Poor guy I think needed a bit more training. I kinda felt bad for him.

We come to this Starbucks quite often as it’s down the street from us. Usually it’s a good experience, except when one particular guy is working. Not sure his name but he has black hair and glasses, and every time he is unbelievably rude to us. Doesn’t say a word when we pull up just glares at us and hands us our drinks, which are always made terribly, and I’m starting to think it’s on purpose. I order matcha every time I go to Starbucks and he is the only person who does not mix it, there are large disgusting chunks and it’s always made wrong by this guy. Not sure what his beef with us is, but it makes me not want to come to this location anymore on the off chance he’s working. Literally every other employee at this location is so kind. Especially a younger girl with black hair who works the drive through; she’s the sweetest. But this guy is something else. I don’t normally even write reviews but his attitude towards us is so unprofessional and hostile it needs to be noted.

Staff is always nice. I like coming here to work. Everybody is always really pleasant very calm and clean.

Was given a hard time trying to get my drinks after an employee insisted my receipt was incorrect when I showed them that the drinks they were trying to hand me were in fact not what I ordered..🥲

Picked up my drinks and the person at the window didn’t greet except with an angry face. Definitely did not leave a tip after that experience.

I love Starbucks coffee of course. But this is the 4th time I’ve go into the store and was unable
to sit down. I understand you have new employees but I don’t think you should take 3 tables & chairs for your new employees. What about the customers who just paid for food & coffee?? I know that there’s some seating outside but it’s not cool enough for that. I feel like Starbucks should have a pop up location for new employees or have a small hall/office space for your training. Or make your own designated area for new employees that does not take away seating from
paying customers.

I work so close by this location so I’ve gone a couple times I honestly don’t recommend coming to this location employees very rude.

They are ALWAYS slow/late with orders. Even when putting in a mobile order I've had to stand and wait every time. More than once there have been team members standing around. But the orders always come out correct, they're always really really nice and if you are standing there for a bit they check on the status and communicate well. It's also a friendly environment and clean.
