My dog was getting put down and your team gave a venti pup cup for her to have as her last treat. Whoever worked last Friday around 7pm thank you for being so kind. (A tea was bought so it wasn't a free pup cup if cooperate is reading)

I went today @ 19th ave & thunderbird, they got busy & that happens. I ordered the lemon cake, got my drink & had waited awhile for the cake. When I asked the girl she put her hand over it. Yes it's here. Then ignored me & kept on filling orders. I walked out, she can keep her cake & eat it layer.

I was not happy with this Starbucks. I ordered a Venti frap, Grande blonde expresso and a cake pop. The barista even repeated the order. As soon as I pull up I have two Grandes and cake pop. When I told her she was like you said Grande I did tell her no I didn’t. Honestly I really didn’t even want to argue. Because I was already irritated that she didn’t get my order correct. I have never experienced this at this location. I will no longer go to Starbucks if she is there. And her attitude was terrible.

I bought a cup of coffee from this place 20 minutes ago, at 6:15 pm in the drive through. The employee working at the drive through window was very rude. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If the manager wants to know what happened he/she can contact me for more information.

Not being DEI supporters, I can't support this company either.
I don't go here much since I'm not really big on items they offer however when I do it's always pleasant at this location, employees are very welcoming & nice, polite, extremely helpful. The place is well maintained, never dirty. The atmosphere is a good one for sure.

My mother enjoyed their lemon cake with icing. My coffee was hot and fresh. The staff was happy. It was more than just good customer service. Of course, I was greeted with a smile and welcomed in, but there was more. Their personalities shined, and they worked well together.

If I could give this place no stars I would the service is shawty they close at 6:30 when really it's supposed to 9:30 wow what a great place lazy people not wanting to do any work the manager should have them fired and get people in there that really want to work
