My dog was getting put down and your team gave a venti pup cup for her to have as her last treat. Whoever worked last Friday around 7pm thank you for being so kind. (A tea was bought so it wasn't a free pup cup if cooperate is reading)
I went today @ 19th ave & thunderbird, they got busy & that happens. I ordered the lemon cake, got my drink & had waited awhile for the cake. When I asked the girl she put her hand over it. Yes it's here. Then ignored me & kept on filling orders. I walked out, she can keep her cake & eat it layer.

I was not happy with this Starbucks. I ordered a Venti frap, Grande blonde expresso and a cake pop. The barista even repeated the order. As soon as I pull up I have two Grandes and cake pop. When I told her she was like you said Grande I did tell her no I didn’t. Honestly I really didn’t even want to argue. Because I was already irritated that she didn’t get my order correct. I have never experienced this at this location. I will no longer go to Starbucks if she is there. And her attitude was terrible.
