I hate picking up something through a drive-thru only to get down the road and be so disappointed that it's not even worth the calories so you throw it out

I've been going to Starbucks for years. This place needs a complete maje over to include the employees. They have zero personality. You wait far too long for a drink then they put it on the counter saying nothing. It took so long that I had forgotten had a drink. The drink had No flavor. It was supposed to be a Caramel Frap. Never have I had anything like this from Starbucks, ever. So, steer clear. We pulled over going through phoenix and then left or I would have gotten my money back.

This is a new location, visiting for the first time. Good speed of service, good product and friendly staff.
I take 1 star away for their very high prices that consistently go up. About 5yrs ago and beyond I was paying $2.95 + tax (less than $3.50) for a sausage egg and cheese, and $3.45 + tax (less than $4) for a bacon egg and Gouda. Now I’m paying over $5 for the sausage cheddar sandwich and nearly $6 for the bacon Gouda !! I use to pay $6 for a drink, $10 for a drink and sandwich, or about $7 if I ordered a regular ice coffee with cream or a iced green tea and the breakfast sandwich. Now it’s about $8 for a drink, like $15 for a drink and breakfast sandwich it’s crazy. However, I still leave a high rating because McDonalds is about as expensive for the sandwiches and are disgusting in comparison. A string cheese use to cost $1.15 tell me why in the world one tiny little string cheese is now $2.13!?!? I don’t order cake pops, but holy smokes who would now at that price (almost $4!). Everywhere really needs to bring prices back down, and us as a country need to figure out how to make it happen because everything has become insanely outrageously expensive and overpriced!! Starbucks is a nice treat that I’ve always enjoyed treating myself to. However, I use to spend so much I was a gold member for years, spending plenty more than that took by far, and now I only go maybe 5-10x a year at most. I do want to mention I’ve always had great customer service from all locations although I rarely ask for a remake/ a different drink if try something new and don’t like it, but when I have it’s never been an issue.

I went to the drive thru at this Starbucks today on my way to work at about 10 am. and it was the worst customer service I’ve honesty ever experienced. I’m a formal Starbucks employee and I was with the company for about a year and a half, and everything about what I experienced was very against what is expected as a barista. When my order was taken, she was very rude. I asked for a side of sweet cream which must be a new rule because any Starbucks I’ve gone to has refused nor was I trained to do so. She was not helpful, she was dismissive and didn’t offer me any alternatives to remedy the situation. Then when I pulled to the window she kept it closed for a minute or two without greeting me. then after I scanned for points she just said “apple pay” in a very flat and rude tone. she didn’t ask how I was doing, didnt smile or anything. I’m not even the type to leave a review but her attitude just really ruined my day and made me not want to return to Starbucks.

I placed an Uber eats delivery from this Starbucks. Employee Cody put the wrong order in my delivery and the only resolution was for me to come pick it up. I wouldn’t have placed an Uber eats delivery, if I was able to pick it up in person.

we ordered a dopio and 2 lemon cake slices. the cake was very dry. we waited a long time for the coffee, not sure why cuz there weren't hardly any customers inside.
