Mia at Starbucks was impolite and seemed uninterested in helping me. No greeting and dismissive. Didn’t even tell me my drink was ready just placed it on the counter with me clearly standing there, for me to have to ask “is this mine?”. I had walked in extremely polite and positive saying “Hey!’” to be met with a blank stare and no response. Rudest interaction I’ve had with a Starbucks employee, like do you hate your job?

Amazing experience. I’ve been ordering the same coffee combo for years and Hannah King was very sweet & didn’t give me a hard time ( as many previous Starbucks employees have) and understood my order. I didn’t get the barista working with her but thank you also you made my coffee perfect , was very delicious , ( : God Bless

Barista “Jessy” was quite rude and snappy about my drink and name. Even making side comments in front of me to her coworker. Will be avoiding ordering here if I see her working there. The drink her coworker made was perfect.

I visited this Starbucks location recently and was surprised to find that they wanted to charge me for a glass of water, despite making a purchase. Additionally, the employee I encountered wasn't particularly customer-friendly and seemed more focused on their phone than on serving customers while cleaning dishes.

Light foam does not mean no millZ i ordered a tall latte and got more like a cappuccino amount of cream. I pay extra for breve. I want a full cup. This seems to be happening more and more at Starbucks. Not just this one, all of them. New recipe to cut costs?

came in right when the barista got there, i thought maybe came in the wrong time but she was super friendly and had no problem taking my order. she was really quick and i left within 3 minutes!! amazing service.

They open at 6. Went in at 6:20 and the girl didn’t say anything but “machines aren’t on I can’t take your order”I understand falling behind but maybe have some better customer service
