Please someone from operations check this place. I have never waited so freaking long. I’m just so upset. Everytime I come to this Starbucks bc I always hope this is just once in a while, but that’s not the case.

I always takes 5-10 mins to get drinks out. I can’t ever figure it out.

A month ago there was two cars ahead of me who ordered one drink each. Same with me and it took. 12 mins to get my drink. Right now just took 6 mins and only 1 car ahead of us. It’s wild that this is consistent. This has happened times before as well whilst going here. So we go inside a lot bc it’s walking distance.

They are amazing inside but the fact that it happens constantly in the drive through where we need to be more quick. And 5-10 mins sounds not long but in a coffee drive through is wild. I’m so upset bc I’m constantly set back and late bc I have to take the time into account of sitting for them.

Tried something new today#2 caramel ribbon crunch’s, grande. It was very little taste to them very little caramel and almost no crunch on top.

Maybe the worst Starbucks in the area. Drinks are consistently worse than other locations, service is fine. Final straw is (today) the baristas decided to use a paint marker to write on the plastic cups, permanently staining our clothes and hands. We're also pretty sure certain baristas self-tip on the pad through the drive thru - will investigate further.

Ordered from the mobile app. Coffee and a grilled cheese on sourdough. Got there, they told me they were out of the sourdough sandwiches. Didn't offer me another item, just gave me a card worth $4 (he told me he put $5 on it!) for a $7.55 sandwich. I assumed the card was for my trouble and the sandwich cost would be credited back to my account. But nope! I went to a different store, and had to pay AGAIN for the sandwich (with a $4 discount from the card). Why should I pay twice (or more correctly, 1.5 times) for the same freaking sandwich???

I dont know which Starbucks I called, but I stopped back in a few hrs after calling for them to remake my Stars-paid hot chocolate with whip + caramel sauce. I saw the girl pour the hot drink from a trente cup into my personal cup, plus I couldnt taste the caramel. My remake- just a smaller hot chocolate. Did you know milk dissolves stuff? Im getting paranoid about milks. One place I worked- she didnt put them back in the fridge and left them out caps off. The country is now lactose-free gluten-free, for some reasons..

Manager went above and beyond when I asked for not warmed croissants and was handed warmed croissants. He fixed it, and them for free. The 3 stars is because I’ve been back a few times after and customer service wasn’t great. Starbucks also changed the matcha recipe and it’s nasty now.. will be going elsewhere for matcha and better service I guess

What Starbucks,. I was just at one today, and 6 days ago,? 🤔 Today is November 30th 2024 I thought that I would try this one again, NOT happy, unfriendly & I ordered one of my drinks with No ice & They put ice in it, I spent about $25.00

I placed an order for a Venti Caramel Brulee Latte. I always ask for the blonde shots because I get a stomach ache from the regular house shots. I got a stomach ache just from drinking a couple sips. I brought the drink in on the following day on my day off. I told the manager nLarrence what happened and he proceeded with a unprofessional and unsimpathetic tone and refused to remake my drink. He said, I should have called the store. I told him I called C.S.. He said, that has nothing to do with us. He also said, I needed to bring the drink in yesterday. I explained that I was working and also had a stomach ache from the drink. I explained Today is my only day off. I brought the drink in a proof because I didn't receive a Receipt. However, I didn't receive a receipt.
