Manager went above and beyond when I asked for not warmed croissants and was handed warmed croissants. He fixed it, and them for free. The 3 stars is because I’ve been back a few times after and customer service wasn’t great. Starbucks also changed the matcha recipe and it’s nasty now.. will be going elsewhere for matcha and better service I guess
I really appreciate the partners at this Starbucks location. The consistency of quality drinks, friendliness, consideration and all the pleasant interactions make this my favorite place to start the day.
I love my local Starbucks. It feels like a small coffee shop where they know me by name and remember my regular order. It's quick and convenient, and I go there almost every day. Highly recommended!
