The water is the best thing on the menu! Service was good. Small drive through though!

The drinks are consistently well made. My only complaint is the way the parking lot is set up and the drive through

No complaints, but Starbucks needs to “change” their change policy to facilitate tipping. Currently, if you pay with a credit card, they won’t make change for you, shortchanging the employees.

I was having difficulty finding where my son‘s soccer game was so I pulled over to the Starbucks. I figured I could get a coffee, check the directions and use the bathroom. When I went in my husband happened to call and help me with where I needed to go, and after I completed the call, I stood by the merchandise waiting for somebody to help. All the employees were down at the end of the counter by the drive-through window. I decided to go use the bathroom and realized it was locked. I came back and politely asked what the code for the bathroom was. An employee at the end of the counter shouted back at me “Are you going to buy something ?”. I was taken back by her rudeness, but replied “yes”. She then shouted The restroom code to me. When my son and I were finished, I proceed to the counter to order my drink. She continued to carry herself in an unprofessional manner and be rude. I asked what her name was so I could report her to corporate since her name tag was hard to read and proceeded to go down to the end of the counter where the other employees were. I asked one of the employees who the managers was and they replied she was. Astonishing that she would be the leader. How can you lead a staff to success when your idea of customer service is shouting at somebody “Are you going to buy something”. I do realize Starbucks has changed their bathroom for everyone policy, but she completely ignore the fact I was looking at merchandise, looking the menu and was standing by the cash register. Even if you thought questioning a mother and child about using the bathroom was smart business, I would expect something such as “I’m sorry we no longer have the bathroom available to everybody. Would you be willing to make a purchase? “ my drink was done as requested, and the store was clean, but I would highly suggest sending the manager to a class specializing in the expectations of Starbucks employees. As a woman who was born and raised in Seattle on Starbucks and owns Starbucks stock I was disappointed that the manager is representing the Starbucks corporation.

Only complaint was barista being out of it. Had to ask for a straw multiple times. Still looked confused by me asking.
Not too shabby

I don't get excited about Starbucks. Bizarre decor/ ambience, overpriced coffee and so-so service. I only go when meeting a friend or date. I'll stick to Kcups at home. Lol.

I came in the door I have on many occasions and it was locked. I went in another door an informed one of the staff members tall girl blond coming off of work ( June, 2 nd approx 12:30pm) she seemed put out and said the door was marked its exit only then walked away.
I was really taken back. Attached is the sign for exit only. This is Starbucks which use to be so fast, quick and super happy and kind.
I have seen a steady decline in efficiency and productivity. Not really understanding why other than the fact, maybe they just don’t care. Obvious with the girls reaction when I was confused about the door. She completely put out, but I didn’t understand that door had a sign on it.
15 years ago I had a girlfriend that worked at Starbucks and she said it was the best place in the world to work kind people extremely fast moving and treated so well. Are they still that way I think I would question what is happened not really sure.??????

Sorry to say but every time I go to this location (which isn’t often) there is some sort of issue. Today, I went through the drive through and ordered a drink and 2 waters. I do business all around the valley and take items to accounts. When I ordered the 2 waters I was asked if there were 2 people on the car? I said no but that I was taking a water to someone and Mike says to me “sorry, there has to be 2 people in the car.” Um, ok, I have never heard of this anywhere in the valley. Get it together Starbucks. This really makes me not want to come here ever again, it’s such a small petty thing to be a stickler about and it’s not like I’m not a loyal customer.
Service is terrible. Honestly rude staff. Like just go home already. I didn't choose to work at Starbucks.
I love going to this location but today I got a cup that had marker on it, a cute little message but without realizing before it was to late - the ink got all over my hands, bag & my white shirt! Still trying to get it all out!
