I had the turkey egg white sandwich. It was really good. Had a nice latte with sugar-free vanilla also well made, You're just really nice and friendly staff

Sorry to say but every time I go to this location (which isn’t often) there is some sort of issue. Today, I went through the drive through and ordered a drink and 2 waters. I do business all around the valley and take items to accounts. When I ordered the 2 waters I was asked if there were 2 people on the car? I said no but that I was taking a water to someone and Mike says to me “sorry, there has to be 2 people in the car.” Um, ok, I have never heard of this anywhere in the valley. Get it together Starbucks. This really makes me not want to come here ever again, it’s such a small petty thing to be a stickler about and it’s not like I’m not a loyal customer.

I love going to this location but today I got a cup that had marker on it, a cute little message but without realizing before it was to late - the ink got all over my hands, bag & my white shirt! Still trying to get it all out!

The gal in the morning weekday shifts makes the drinks correctly. It sounds like a small compliment, but I mean it with highest praise. I travel all over the valley during the day for work and I go to lots of Starbucks. I also used to be a barista I still remmeber the recipe for my favorite drink the SCCCB, salted carmel cream cold brew… pour vanilla sweet cream to the 100 line, two packets salt, two pumps carmel… yadayada. Anyway the morning crew here does the best job of any Starbucks in the valley by far.

Customers beware, don't go here! Never have I ever experienced extremely poor customer service from Starbucks. Baristas at this location had unpleasantly rude attitudes and unwillingness to be considerate of others. They also had their service lobby closed to the public, with no access for walk-in customers, nor entry for persons with limited abilities. They definitely do not live up to the Starbucks brand.

This is the slowest drive thru. I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. This is not the first time this has happened. I will go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks now

I come here all the time, but today this location sold me an expired yogurt parfait. I realized once I got home and tried to call. No one answered the phone, so I had to drive all the way back. No manager on duty! The cashier let me exchange the parfait. Last time I’ll be ordering food from this location tbh

The person who assisted me through the drive-thru had terrible interpersonal communication skills and they were out of the drink that showed available online. One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had in a long time. It really started my day off in a frustrating way! Most impactful was that the drive thru employee was absolutely disengaged and apathetic, even though they were not at all busy. ( I politely shared that I had driven out of my way specifically to their location because my neighboring Starbucks was out of the pecan oat milk latte. The only response I received was the amount I needed to pay and that they thought they were the only ones that were out of that syrup.)

This place has awful service. messed up on my drink four times I just ordered a strawberry refresher. manager was very rude. I don’t recommend going to, but to just go into the Safeway the people actually know what they’re doing.

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks. More mornings than not you pull up and there’s a sign about something not working or the drive thru is closed. Their screen doesn’t work to confirm your order and I was charged the same for a tall drink as I was a grande of the same drink the day prior.
