No complaints, but Starbucks needs to “change” their change policy to facilitate tipping. Currently, if you pay with a credit card, they won’t make change for you, shortchanging the employees.

I don't get excited about Starbucks. Bizarre decor/ ambience, overpriced coffee and so-so service. I only go when meeting a friend or date. I'll stick to Kcups at home. Lol.

The gal in the morning weekday shifts makes the drinks correctly. It sounds like a small compliment, but I mean it with highest praise. I travel all over the valley during the day for work and I go to lots of Starbucks. I also used to be a barista I still remmeber the recipe for my favorite drink the SCCCB, salted carmel cream cold brew… pour vanilla sweet cream to the 100 line, two packets salt, two pumps carmel… yadayada.
