This starbucks is an absolute disgrace. Ordered a sugar cookie latte that came with a HAIR inside. I promise that this is not an ingredient. Management refused to do anything about this and did not apologize or offer to remake my drink.
They said it’s close when it was 7:30PM
the staff here were more concerned with getting me out the door so that they could go on break then with providing good service.
This store and the 35th Ave and Bell Road store have the saddest employees I've ever come across. Marlana did not tlwash her hands after digging in the trash for something she said she lost. I mentioned that I wanted her to wash her hands before she made my drink and she stated, we never do. No, I did not purchase anything at this store after hearing this. Similar things have happened at the 16th Street and Camelback Road store, as well as the 32nd Street and Bell Road store, and in light of the pandemic or not, hand-washing should be mandatory at Starbucks.
They usually only have one person working every time I come here. That’s not right to have one barista taking orders and making drinks. It also makes the wait time long, of course. My drinks are usually not made correctly at this location. For example, the girl didn’t know how to make a decaf frappucino and asked me how it’s made. Another time, I wanted an irish cream frappucino a coffee one. They didn’t know how to make that either they made a cream frappucino with no coffee in it. I never say anything because again, they are usually working alone and I would feel bad to have them redo the drink. Also, a guy working here once shut down the starbucks an hour early. I thought there was tech issues but apparently from other reviews, this happens often.
Stopped by all the way from 43rd and McDowell, the location hours says it closes at 9pm, it's only 8:20..change your time on the website!!?
If I could give them zero stars I would, worst customer service ever!!!!’

Great timing
Starbucks is always five stars unfortunately this place only gets three stars because they had no nitro cold brew :(I changed my mind they still get give stars the personnel is always awesome ;)
I asked for dark roast she told me she don’t have it we have only Pike usually when they don’t have dark roast they make a poor over
The girl working the counter was shutting down 20 mins early and refused to make me anything but an iced coffee. Nice job. I've worked kitchen jobs. Sometimes you've got to turn the machine back on, if it's not closing time, you shouldnt be closing.
