The gal that took our order didn't listen to what I had ordered. I got the wrong drink and my husband ordered his with no whipped cream. His came out first and it had whipped cream on it. My drink was completely the wrong drink, I ordered a cream based chai frappuccino with 2 extra pumps of chai, no whipped cream and 2% milk with cinnamon dolce sprinkles on top. What i got was a cinnamon dolce frappuccino with 2 pumps of cinnamon dolce syrup and 2% milk. We had already left before I had tasted it. We ended up going to a different Starbucks on the way home and they made it correctly and didn't charge me for it. They were amazing!
really nice group of people here. i lost my wedding ring outside the store and they found it and kept it safe for me!
Great place to stop and get coffee over in this part of town. I bobtail my semi over and get my morning cup.

Paid $7 for a small drink that had was mostly just ice .-. Terrible ! Straight Scam. Tried to call back and they don’t even answer
So I came in here with my mother and she wanted to try a customized drink, the drink she wanted wasn’t very complex it was simply a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry puree and chocolate sauce around the cup, and the girl at the register denied my mom of ordering that drink because they are behind on orders. She was very rude and made it clear they couldn’t make a drink because they are busy.
I don't understand what's so difficult about handling a cup so that you're not touching people's lid that they're expected to drink from, but clearly, it's a difficult concept. I've even reported this location to corporate. No improvement.

I'm genuinely shock by the lack of care and respect shown by this Starbucks location (51st Ave baseline, Laveen, AZ) toward its customers. This store used to offer two restrooms for customer use, but since reducing it to a single stall, the facility has been consistently filthy. Every time I enter, the RESTROOM IS DISGUSTING—the floor, sink, and walls are all visibly DIRTY, with what looks like MOLD growing around the base edges. The toilet itself is often covered in WASTE. I’ve visited at different times of the day, from open to close, and not once have I seen anyone cleaning it, let alone performing a deep clean to make it acceptable for use.
During a recent visit with a group, I asked an employee if she could clean a table that was visibly dirty, thinking it was a reasonable request. Instead, she tossed a towel on the counter and told me to "use this"—a shockingly rude and unprofessional response. It was a young, short female employee who seemed completely disinterested, date is (11/10/24), as if both her job and the customers were an annoyance. This is far from the standard of service customers expect, and I am deeply disappointed by the complete disregard for basic cleanliness and respect for patrons.
*****I hope the franchise owner of this location and corporate office truly look at this and take action. *****
For the record, there were a Starbuck's employee name B.J. who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He personally made sure our table and floor area were clean, stepping up when the other employees refused to assist.

After I noticed the pink haired girl who sat my drink down, having her hand all over the lid where I'm supposed to drink from, I asked for a new lid. How do I know when the last time she washed her hands? She then proceeded to tell me that everyone puts their hands on the lids. I then told her that's a little gross. All I got in return was, "Oh well, I don't know what to tell you."
This situation could have been handled much better on her end, and not only did she handle it the worst, but she doubled down and repeated it like 3 times.
Not to mention, the staff needs to be conscious about where they place their hands when handling people's order.

So why does the website for this location say that there is a drive-thru? Plus the indoor seating is very limited. Most people that I see come in stand off to the side and wait for their drink and then leave. So if you want a nice indoor seating area I would suggest go a little farther down Baseline to 59th avenue and there's a very nice location there.
I always order my coffee here and I love them, I understand that it’s a busy location, I couldn’t get my coffee because it made me late for work and it is impossible to contact them over the phone to get a refund or cancel order, also my app showed that my order was ready to go and I was there waiting for it, looked at all the orders for another 2 minutes and my coffee was not there at the pick up table. Just a bad day I guess. No coffee and no refund.

Latest 7/4/24 LGBTQ-but not friendly. Some baristas are wonderful and others ask "Are you going to order anything?", if you ask for ice and water. I ordered a pairing meal and was ready to pay with my app and credit card, when the man asked "Aren't you going to eat anything?" I give up on people...no logic to their thinking. Inside is grimey and dirty furniture, needs a good remake, remodel, facial or at least a thourough cleaning Old review-Sometimes good products and services, sometimes bad, always over priced.
