This location is my daily coffee. Is it because their coffee is amazing? Let's be real, this is Starbucks. I go here because their team is awesome, friendly, and outgoing. Will B sees me pull in and has my cup o joe waiting for me by the time I get to the register. When I was out of town for work for a week, I came back to multiple employees asking if I was ok and mentioning they were worried when they suddenly hadn't seen me for a minute. And that's why I'll continue to go back

The employee took my order wrong and she had an attitude the whole time, made me wait 20m on standby for a coffee. Horrible customer service from that employee named Helena. Don’t go to work if you can’t deal with your mistakes then take it out on the customer. 👎🏻
Unfortunately, over the past year we have seen service and quality decline a great deal. Today we ordered 4 drinks and when we got to the window we were asked to pull forward to an open packing place. After waiting 10 min my husband went and got our drinks. It was obvious that they had been sitting there a while because the blended drinks were melted and the whip cream as well. We hope there is a management change soon and the high quality service returns

$9 to never get such a simple thing right on an order. Light ice doesn't mean half the cup with ice. Then you dont even fill it correctly, 2 sips and the drink is only ice left. If you charge 9 bucks at least get it right. Every time at this location something is always messed up.
