$9 to never get such a simple thing right on an order. Light ice doesn't mean half the cup with ice. Then you dont even fill it correctly, 2 sips and the drink is only ice left. If you charge 9 bucks at least get it right. Every time at this location something is always messed up.
Can't have ice water with purchasing something now. In Arizona at that.

If there was ever a Starbucks that you’d basically expect to fail, it would be this one.
The location is on the same block as a bunch of absolute garbage service fast-food stores, and sits right between two lower-quality neighborhoods… however, the staff here have absolutely stepped it up.
Jeff is such a nice guy and even while customers are getting impatient, he’s there trying to keep the peace with a friendly smile. This is the only real Starbucks within a proximity so it definitely gets busy here. The staff making drinks deserve a little respect and consideration for what they overcome to deliver the goods here.

Lavender Matcha poorly blended after long wait. Chunks of matcha powder throughout. Extremely bitter. No one picks up the phone.
It took me 30 minutes to pick up a drive thru order.

HORRIBLE service from employee and “manager” VERY unprofessional, these people genuinely need to be fired and replaced! Manager mumbles under breath to nice customers lol very childish and disrespectful.
