I work at a starbucks and hour away and came to this location to do some school, From the second i walked in all the baristas made eye contact with me and gave me a warm welcome. And made sure they did the same with every single customer walking through the doors. Everyone was extremely nice and shows a perfect example of what exceptional customer service looks like. My drink was made to perfection, the baristas were communicating and connecting with each customer. The store was also very clean. Im definitely taking what i saw at this location with me to my store and sharing with my partners what a great experience i had, and strive to do the same.

I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks across the country. Heck, I’ve *worked* at Starbucks. So I think I can speak with some confidence when I say that this is one of the best Starbucks locations out there. It’s clean. It’s quick. The baristas always greet me when I come in and when I leave. They’re friendly and personable. There are always patrons studying or working, making it an inviting atmosphere to linger around. Whoever is managing this location, they’re doing a wonderful job, and I hope this store gets lots of kudos from corporate and the baristas get lots of tips. It’s just wonderful.

my fav starbucks in awhatukee, workers are SO friendly and uplifting it’s always such a positive experience. the drinks are pretty consistent but even in a time when my drink isn’t made how i’d like it they’re very quick to accommodate and work an issue out. Love them here and will never stop coming

I went into this Starbucks this morning and the atmosphere was just so contagious of positivity. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There was no way that anybody who walked into the door was going to have a bad day. Truly was a great way to start my day.
This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone that works there is extremely kind! There is one employee in particular that has such a positive and kind personality- she always brightens my day! Everyone else is wonderful too and they always get my order right and the line is always quick- even when it’s long.

This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered delivery, and they messed up my drink. I get a tall iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. The label on my drink always says double. Unfortunately, they fail to put in the extra shot, so my drink ultimately ends up being all milk. For how expensive the coffee is here, it's extremely disappointing not to have your order made right. I prefer the stronger coffee taste in my drinks and like the extra caffeine boost. They never used to mess up like this in the past and I've been to other locations where I don't have this issue. I feel like the staff here now either don't care, aren't paying attention, or need to be retrained. A double means 2 shots, not extra milk. The image attached shows the coffee they gave me (top) and the doubles I'm used to getting (bottom). You can tell with a short glance that the drink is wrong.
