Sad to write this but I’ve lived and gone to this Starbucks for 20+ years and it has progressively gone downhill. The team members are rude and don’t even acknowledge your presence and it takes forever to get your drink even when it’s drip coffee. I can name employees that you’ve had that are no longer there SEAN being one of them. He was probably the nicest employee you’ve ever had. The exterior and interior waiting area is dirty in the bathroom are embarrassing.
Talk to your associates, have a basic training on Customer Service it might help.

Raquel is a fantastic barista! I have been working in the field all day. It’s 109 degrees in Arizona. She brought iced water with my venti iced chai latte. The drinks made my day! This Starbucks cares about their customers.

Worse Starbucks ever! The staff is rude and get mad if you ask for your drink to be remade after they made it wrong. I basically got my drink thrown at me today by one of the female staff. And this isn’t the first time it happens in an often!
