The only pro to this Starbucks is they are consistent... consistently bad! This is the closest Sbux to me and I will drive to the one on 16th St and Southern instead. I'm not even exaggerating when I say they get the drink wrong more often than they get it right. Today, it took 3 tries! First try had caramel sauce in a shaken espresso and second try was missing espresso shots.
The inside of this store is terrible. It's small and definitely not some place you'd spend any time.

Walked in… I’m the only customer inside. Lots of employees working. Stand at the register for 5 minutes. No one acknowledges me or takes my order. I eventually leave.

There was no waiting at the drive thru. The order was taken promptly and when we got to the window to pay, our order was already ready. Less than 4 minutes. Great and friendly service!

I believed that someone spit in my drink because when I was drinking my match lavender cold foam drink. There was a huge thick ball of saliva in my mouth. I don’t know what’s going on but it felt like my dignity was taken away. I don’t backwash and after tasting it, it tasted nasty and not my own. The lady who took my order Ashanti was overly kind.

I don’t understand how it is so hard to get an order right . The order is correct on the screen, but they constantly make my order wrong and I order the same thing every time. So frustrating.

I ordered a grande carmel frap and it comes with this lid and it's squeezed.
I plotted my morning so that I could end up at this Starbucks to do some work and study for my boards…I ordered my drink and food. I sat down and took everything in my work bag out and set up only to find out this location has blocked ALL their outlets. ALL OF THEM. When I asked about this or if there any I can use—I was told it was a corporate decision. I asked if this was at all Starbucks now? And I was told it is very possible that a majority of them are like this. He could not tell me if or when the outlets will be available but at this time they are all covered shut.
This is incredibly disappointing. If all I could have is my coffee I would have done the drive thru and at that point I would have gone to Dutch Bros as IMO their coffee is better. I go to Starbucks for the convenience of stopping in to study and or do work. I am very disappointed.

i come in the mornings before work and the young ladies are always so nice. but as far as the last couple times i’ve come in they have even remembered my name and even my order. great customer service you don’t see too much of these days😁

I usually don't leave reviews and try to be understanding that the employees are busy, but this keeps happening. I order the impossible breakfast sandwich every so often and more often than not, the sandwich is thrown together. It doesn't look appealing and this doesn't happen with other businesses. I don't understand why this is a thing here. This was from the morning of Jan. 17.
