Raquel is a fantastic barista! I have been working in the field all day. It’s 109 degrees in Arizona. She brought iced water with my venti iced chai latte. The drinks made my day! This Starbucks cares about their customers.

Worse Starbucks ever! The staff is rude and get mad if you ask for your drink to be remade after they made it wrong. I basically got my drink thrown at me today by one of the female staff. And this isn’t the first time it happens in an often!

The only pro to this Starbucks is they are consistent... consistently bad! This is the closest Sbux to me and I will drive to the one on 16th St and Southern instead. I'm not even exaggerating when I say they get the drink wrong more often than they get it right. Today, it took 3 tries! First try had caramel sauce in a shaken espresso and second try was missing espresso shots.
The inside of this store is terrible. It's small and definitely not some place you'd spend any time.

Walked in… I’m the only customer inside. Lots of employees working. Stand at the register for 5 minutes. No one acknowledges me or takes my order. I eventually leave.
The coffee to get, better than most others. Customer service at this location is very good

There was no waiting at the drive thru. The order was taken promptly and when we got to the window to pay, our order was already ready. Less than 4 minutes. Great and friendly service!

I believed that someone spit in my drink because when I was drinking my match lavender cold foam drink. There was a huge thick ball of saliva in my mouth. I don’t know what’s going on but it felt like my dignity was taken away. I don’t backwash and after tasting it, it tasted nasty and not my own. The lady who took my order Ashanti was overly kind.

I don’t understand how it is so hard to get an order right . The order is correct on the screen, but they constantly make my order wrong and I order the same thing every time. So frustrating.
