My favorite location to do to is this one I live downtown so I’ve been to a few locations in this area but love this one they are also super nice and welcoming no matter the employee or day one employee who stood out today who lead me to even want to write a review to was ALEX !!!! He was super kinda friendly and was my barista shoutout to him and ALL THE EMPLOYEES on shift ?

I would like to give an outstanding review for a lady named Rachelle that works at this Starbucks. Her customer service and attitude was right on point. I was having a bad day and she literally turned my crappy day into a good day. I normally go to one by my house but stopped at this one after doing my taxes and what a great atmosphere. I will be coming back. Thank you Rachelle and Starbucks team for making my day better!

Rachelle is an amazing manager i’ve been to several starbucks over the valley and this one is the best … i know they say all the recipes are the same but my drink doesn’t taste right if Rachelle doesn’t make it. i feel more then welcome she even takes the time to write nice notes on my cups ! her team is really amazing as well !

A huge line of cars. I went into the store and they told me that they only serve with an application. Where was the flexibility that characterized them?
Starbucks is my go-to coffee shop for a reason. Their coffee is consistently delicious, and they offer a wide variety of drinks to suit different tastes. Waited over 10 minutes for a drink, they forgot to add syrup so it was bitter asked for another, made the second drink wrong, they need to train their staff better, I’ve had the same barista twice now and both times he had no idea what he was doing and his friend with the longer hair who was supposed to be training him did nothing to help, he just stood in the corner. I don’t blame the new kid, I blame whoever is supposed to be training the poor guy
