Inside a Safeway which is always very busy but the young lady at the counter made me feel as if it was just me in a stand alone Starbucks. Excellent hot coffee, great service I wish I could mention her by name but sadly I failed to ask.

Walked into this Starbucks and I requested some cold brew they said they didn’t have any available She offered coffee with a shot of espresso and I asked if I could please have it at the price of the cold brew ? and she said no ! I let her know that it was an inconvenience because the cold brew should be ready and she said it will that it wasn’t I think it was very wrong for her not to accommodate a customer that was hoping to get cold brew at noon today and I’ve never been to a Starbucks before worse just not available. How can cold brew be available at noon? The female at the register didn’t seem too friendly either her name was OLIDA I believe, but my receipt says Rochelle I will post a picture. I think some of these employees inside of the Starbucks at Safeway need better customer service skills.

My favorite location to do to is this one I live downtown so I’ve been to a few locations in this area but love this one they are also super nice and welcoming no matter the employee or day one employee who stood out today who lead me to even want to write a review to was ALEX !!!! He was super kinda friendly and was my barista shoutout to him and ALL THE EMPLOYEES on shift ?

I opened the door for the Short haired girl with tattoos on 3/17/24 around 11:15am as she was coming into work. She gave me a nasty look and didnt say thank you. I hope you guys find better people.

I would like to give an outstanding review for a lady named Rachelle that works at this Starbucks. Her customer service and attitude was right on point. I was having a bad day and she literally turned my crappy day into a good day. I normally go to one by my house but stopped at this one after doing my taxes and what a great atmosphere. I will be coming back. Thank you Rachelle and Starbucks team for making my day better!

Rachelle is an amazing manager i’ve been to several starbucks over the valley and this one is the best … i know they say all the recipes are the same but my drink doesn’t taste right if Rachelle doesn’t make it. i feel more then welcome she even takes the time to write nice notes on my cups ! her team is really amazing as well !

Starbucks is my go-to coffee shop for a reason. Their coffee is consistently delicious, and they offer a wide variety of drinks to suit different tastes. The staff is always friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience every time. However, prices can be on the higher side.
