Today Starbucks refused to provide free water in Arizona. We live in a desert where we have record breaking temperatures at times. It's completely unacceptable for a giant corporation to deny any human being water in Arizona. I even offered to just pay the cost of the cup and they refused and said starbucks corporation would reprimand them if they dont have me buy something. I will no longer support starbucks going forward and I hope we have elected officials with some compassion for its citizens i will be reporting this.

I’ve recently been going to this Starbucks and the past couple times they been giving me milky coffee. I should not have to pay 7-9 dollars for a coffee that tastes straight like milk. When I told the lady she said it would be 2.88 for a shot of expresso and did not address my concerns .

When you walk in several employees, all great you! Ask you how your day is going! Even after getting my coffee and sitting at one of the tables, they continue to speak with you, feel at home! Very much enjoyed that as I was there alone. You will very much enjoy your time here!

Worst Starbucks ever. They don't close for another 90 minutes but they won't sell me a cup of coffee because they "stopped brewing coffee for the day". She also declined making a pour over. This is the 3rd time I've experienced this here. She said that they have "already cleaned everything".

The worst Starbucks I've ever been there I stood in the front of the line while the man took 10 minutes to make 2 drinks and then after he finished the two drinks told me he had another one to make and didn't even try and take my order. The last time I came to this one I had to wait 15 minutes just to find out they didn't have the stuff to make my drink, hire better workers or something
