Went to order coffee ...Noone at counter these ppl are always in the back..so she told me they are not open even though she said they open at 7 ...apparently someone called out and now she has to restock ... apparently she can't be nice enough to get coffee for customers..

Someone new was making my drink and the trainer refused to help her during the process so I ended up with a disgusting drink. Definitely not blaiming the new person. I'd love to keep going here but I'd rather not waste my money

1st time I came to this starbucks was 4 weeks ago there was a younger girl working making drinks for like 5 ppl..the older mexican lady came and the girl asked for help she just ignored her and turned away..we waited 25 mins for our coffee..then I went again a week later no one was working..again 2 weeks later that mexican lady was more then happy to help this guy she was flirting with..I went to get a coffee she said it would be awhile..I was 1 person no one else was there but thay guy..then yesterday I just stopped in trying again..and no one was there I asked her are u working she said yes but it will be awhile..I asked well it's just me how long she said awhile..that mexican lady is something else..yes there is a starbucks across the street but that should not matter..this lady is something else..she is rude and there is no one there asking for coffee...strabucks needs to correct that..

Has been remodeled a bit since the last time I was in. This grocery store just seems huge and massive to me. Whatever you need for food or for yourself, they will probably have it.

The worst Starbucks ever. The only reason I came here is Starbucks have same quality of coffee there, but I dont know what I drink. I think staffs there need to be educated.

I come from L.A and staying near the Airport in Phoenix. I searched for a Starbucks and picked this one. Very dirty and only one person to serve, it took 10 min of waiting time just to order a hot coffee. When my coffee was served it was cold warm, I could drink it all in one shot from how it was just warm.
My coffee tastes very watered down , the cup wasn't even full and they made me wait 10 minutes . I asked them to remake it and it filled half my cup . I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it and were very rude

I go to Starbucks in the fries superstore once a week to meet a job navigator. There's Wi-Fi here and we usually drink coffee and I apply for jobs online here. Nobody bothers us it's a cozy little place to go for a quick bite or if you need a cup of good coffee. I enjoy going hear the service is great and like I said there's free Wi-Fi and nobody bothers us while we're doing our work. I would also recommend this as a great place to do homework or to have a small meeting.
