Majority of people use Starbucks strictly as a transaction to get their caffeine fix. Guilty 🙋🏼‍♀️. But the crew at this Starbucks makes it more than transactional. I have been going to this location everyday for probably 7 years, and yes - they make great caffeinated drinks that I desperately need in the morning, but they go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. They call me by my name, they know by drink order, they recommend other drinks that they think I might like, they write the cute notes on my cup. I know it’s just “coffee” but it’s typically my first interaction with a human in the morning and they always make it a good one. Christian and Thomas are fantastic. Honestly, everyone that works the drive thru window is great! Can’t say enough good things about this squad! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Going through the drive thru is the only way to get your order completed in less than 20 minutes.

Long time customer, not using the location anymore!

Walked over to get out of the house and do some work, just wanted a water. Cashier said I had to pay for a waterbottle and not just a tape water, so I opted for nothing. Then asked me to leave because I didnt buy anything, as if I dont buy a coffee at least once a week from the location!

If Starbucks is going hard for the souless corporate store where no one knows your name, they have succeeded!

I Goto Starbucks and grab my online order. Then ask for the code and the customer service rep gone tell me the bathroom is for paying costmers. I say I already paid online and had to show her my app. She then laughed and said she didn’t see me pick up my order. Cap. She thought I stole that drink. Christen the manger came over and remembered me from yesterday. Christen was cool today and yesterday. That lady not so much

Best Starbucks in town! Love the staff! Smart, friendly, and efficient. They seem to remember everyone (Austin especially). They have to deal with all those kids from the two schools next door, but they handle it SO WELL! This Starbucks really helps make Arcadia feel like a close family neighborhood, even in the middle of a big city.

Parking: Drive-through line moves fast. It can block parking, but there's more parking available in the back or the park.

The food quality is consistently good.

This location, though typically busy, is staffed with efficient staff that also takes a brief moment to connect with the guest (without the lengthy conversation that slows productivity) making you feel important while providing food that is consistently good.

While this location was closed for remodeling the level of service this location provided was even more evident because the locations nearby had the sub-par service expected from a low-quality burger fast-food.

The trainers at this location should provide the regional training for at the very least new managers if not employees too.

Best Starbucks in Phoenix I found so far. Great seats and outlets for working long hours and the view of Camelback Mountain out the window is awesome! Only downside to the place is when kids get out of school it’s absolute chaos in there for about an hour; that said the staff does a great job of dividing off the place so that students stay in one spot and don’t disturb all the adults studying/working on the other side!

It took 17 hours to get an Americano because illiterate Mexican women work here. It's a shame. North Scottsdale is so much better.

Tried the iced shaken oleato olive oil espresso recommended by the worker. Was great. Glad she recommended it. Was prepared well.
