Do not mobile order from this location. They give you half filled drinks, no straws, no napkins for your food and carelessly toss it in a bag. Its not worth it.

Very clean appearance as expected for the chain. That is where the comparison stops with other Starbucks in: Arizona, California, Connecticut, New York, Indiana, Florida, Kentucky… You get the idea, I’ve been to Starbucks across the country.The server today was rude, apathetic. The individual truly made you feel like you were a bother by having them, do you the job he agreed to be paid to do. when they gave me my order I said thank you loud enough to be heard, but simply received a very uncomfortable blank stare from them. No reply you are welcome or anything that you typically expect when interacting with another human being.There were three customers in the store at approximately 7 AM, so it was not due to the hustle and bustle of guests as the store doesn’t do drive-through.From looking at the other reviews, it doesn’t seem that my experience was a one off. There are other stores in the area I recommend using them.

Don't go to this location. I put in a mobile order and I still waited and my drink was wrong :( I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it. Unfortunately I don't recommend this location.

came in there for a quick coffee. paid, tipped, and waited… and waited… after 10 minutes and seeing everyone else get their coffee, i kindly asked about my order. and they didn’t have any record of my order/etc. mind you, it was not busy. it was awkwardly slow. if you have plenty of time to waste away in a desolate starbucks stuck in 2010, then by all means, go for it.this starbucks is legit the equivalent of an anti-depressant pharmaceutical commercial - but the “before” part (so it’s all grayscale and the one source of serotonin is nowhere to be found and you feel like an inconvenience for even being there).

I've been going to this Starbucks pretty much everyday for the last month as I am addicted to the cold brew drinks. I usually mobile order and my drink is always ready before the quoted time. The baristas that work here have all been super helpful, friendly and kind to me and my daughter when we come in. Today I spilled my drink and the sweet girls working today offered to make me a new one. A little kindness like that really can make someone's day and I was so thankful!!! Special shout out to Taylor, Jocelyn and Hannah who were working this morning. Keep up the good work!!

I visit Starbucks daily, and this is by far the worst managed location in Phoenix. The staff is indifferent and disorganized. Only go here if you have time to waste.

My coffee this morning was bitter like they let the shot sit. When I opened my fruit and cheese box that expired today the grapes had turned, leaking all over the box. The Brie had obviously been warmed then recooled by it’s misshapen nature.Wasted $16 at this location this morning because they don’t know how to handle shots or check products

Disappointed!!! Order online and was supposed to be ready at 6:26 and wasn’t ready till 20 minutes after! And it seem like I was skipped! People who got they way after me, got their drink first! Never ordering online here again!

You guys should probably give the gal that was running your store by herself yesterday at 3:30pm a raise. Seriously. Look at your sales for that hour vs. Payroll (1!) and give her a raise. Everyone got their coffees and orders in an appropriate time and your employee handled it like a champ. Thanks for giving her a raise! Sincerely,Everyone that got coffee yesterday 3-4pm

This location is always so slow. Coffee and food come out as they should be but the mobile orders take forever. Employees don't seem happy to be there either.

As of March 2023 the employees here are slow and understaffed. Orders in the morning take forever. Poorly managed.

Awful service. Online order placed at 7AM said ready at 7:16 but we waited until 7:35 for drinks that we never received and then had to rush to school. I asked for a refund and was told I had to wait in line for the cashier to get a refund when my daughter was going to be late for school. Rude service and lied to my daughter several times saying he was working on her order but he never was. Will not come back. Better coffee and far better service anywhere else in town. Tried to call to request refund and was just hung up on. I really thought Starbucks hired better people than this but lesson learned and I will no longer go to any of their stores.

This Starbucks is fine if it’s early in the morning or during off hours, but the store is understaffed so when it gets busy they cannot keep up. The employees do their best but they need at least one more person on a Saturday at lunch time.
