Appalling! I purchased a salami bento box and there were bugs inside! I opened the box and the bugs flew out. I took it back to the store and there are dead bugs in the case line.

I'm guessing these are Macy's employees, not Starbucks, because they seem like they'd rather be somewhere else. My coffee frappuccino had literally no coffee in it. Just threw it away.

I ordered a croissant. It took more than 10 minutes.. omg I really don't recommend this place at all!! I asked for my croissant, the employees just started talking!!
There was only three people in front of me and the cashier spent around 10 minutes attending her. There was 3 staff members and everyone was very slow. So slow that I decided to leave instead.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I was the only person in line and when I started ordering the cashier was rude and seemed annoyed so is the other 3 girls that were working there. She didn’t ask for my name and when my drinks were ready nobody told me they were ready like Starbucks employees usually do so I was sitting waiting there for 10mins until I noticed that all 4 employees either standing there or on their phones so I went to the other side and grabbed my drinks. As I was getting the straws one of the cashiers said to the other one “why was she sitting there and looking at me and not getting her drinks”. Why neither one of them told me the drinks were ready but they had the time to be on their phones?? Do yourself a favor and go to a different Starbucks!
