Not the best location. Baristas are very casual about the beverages they make and making tons of mistakes. After paying nearly $8 for a drink, we were not satisfied with service or the drink.
There was only three people in front of me and the cashier spent around 10 minutes attending her. There was 3 staff members and everyone was very slow. So slow that I decided to leave instead.

I wonder this is not a real Starbucks store--neither customer service nor latte flavor met the expectation.I ordered a Venti size pistachio latte first and later on wanted a add a hot peach tea as a refill--which I have been doing for many times in other locations. The girl stilled charged me full price for the refill tea even though I mentioned clearly to her it would be a refill. Obviously she's chatting with her other teammates and did not pay attention. Upon inquiry(why she did not charge refill price), she rolled her eyes and said impatiently, "I've never heard about it(the refill policy) before!"Being at Starbucks Golden status for years, this was the worse customer service I've ever experienced.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I was the only person in line and when I started ordering the cashier was rude and seemed annoyed so is the other 3 girls that were working there. She didn’t ask for my name and when my drinks were ready nobody told me they were ready like Starbucks employees usually do so I was sitting waiting there for 10mins until I noticed that all 4 employees either standing there or on their phones so I went to the other side and grabbed my drinks. As I was getting the straws one of the cashiers said to the other one “why was she sitting there and looking at me and not getting her drinks”. Why neither one of them told me the drinks were ready but they had the time to be on their phones?? Do yourself a favor and go to a different Starbucks!

Located inside Macy's at Biltmore Fashion Park. Not much of retail products or seating are available, yet a good way to grab a drink before you shop. If you enter Macy's from 24th Street, you'll see Starbucks as soon as you walk in. Quick & friendly service.
