The waiter named Julio served so badly… I ordered coffee for my friend, I forgot to add milk… after my friend came to get it, she found it too bitter and asked Julio to add a pump of milk or sugar to make it a little sweeter so she could drink it… He was forced to pay an extra 80 cents for that milk or sugar… she didn’t have her wallet to pay the extra… so she asked to add something to sweeten it so she could drink it… But he wouldn’t give her any sugar if she didn’t pay extra… In the end, he poured out the cup of coffee and returned the money to my friend… This was such a waste, even a little sugar or milk was not given. And the solution was to pour out the cup of coffee and return the entire $3.75… This way of handling things was so stupid and made us very upset… I’ve been drinking Starbucks for over 15 years, but this is the first time this has happened and I’m very disappointed with this service. we never come back to this place
Couldn’t get my drink right, couldn’t exchange without a 20min wait, couldn’t refund since they didn’t give me a receipt.

This is the worst starbucks. They will close there doors anytime when ever they feel necessary and don't post it anywhere so when you order online you have to go through the drive thru which I always think takes way longer. They have closed early randomly without warning at least times since I've been going here. They don't give you the option of getting your money back so you either have to take more time away from work if you can or lose the money. Worst place ever.

I ordered a caramel apple spice But when I got it, It wasn't a caramel apple spice..it did have apple in it, but it's not what I ordered. So I took it back up there and let her know and the manager jumped in And told her to make the same drink but hot.I tried telling them that it had apple cider in it But she said "Don't worry he's gonna remake your drink for you". I gave up and said okay and just let him make the drink. He seemed so confident cause he was so adamant about how to make it, so surely it'll be right this time... right? Wrong. When I got it back, it didn't taste anything like caramel apple spice.. again. The only thing it had in it that resembled my drink, was the whipped cream and whatever apple was in it..Lol..I didn't wanna go back up and complain, so I just threw it away and left. ?

I tried this location twice. My drink was missing something that I request to be added or the drink was too sweet. I was disappointed in wasting my money because I had to throw away the drink I ordered.

The cashier at the register I Arlene was very very rude. I walked in and no one spoke or talk to me while I stood there for three minutes and then I got what do you want today so unprofessional if you don’t like your job, get a new one.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I didn't know a paying customer that is purchasing 20 gift cards was such a hassle. I was told by Champagne that I could not select certain gc I wanted due to them not having barcodes because they had a line and I was inconveniencing them due to one of the girls leaving and the other girl having to take lunch. I don't see how this was my problem and a paying customer that was spending $200 dollars couldn't get the gift cards I wanted and making me feel bad and a HUGE inconvenience for them.

Girl behind the counter was rude. No cold brew as they were cleaning the machine in the middle of the day. So I left.
It’s coffee. They are starting to get a lot of competition in this area, and need to either start providing better service, a better product, or better pricing than the competition if they want to continue leading in this market.
