I lost my dog last week at this Starbucks. I fear she might have been chopped up and put in their breakfast sandwiches. ?
I visit this location nearly daily. They're about 80% accurate with their service when it comes to consistency in quality.On this particular visit, they committed to me what is considered poor service in a big way.This company can afford a new cup to be replaced when one is partially crushed, with the lid barely fitting. On this occasion, they did not. The barista commented on poor quality cup and non-fitting lid while handing it to me in the drive-through.These lids pop off when the cup is decent ... I don't need a coffee bath.

I drove here from California and OMG I literally had the best spinach and feta wrap EVER! Trust me, I’ve ordered so many in the past and none were as well made as this one LOL The egg alone was so good and it actually had a reasonable amount of feta and spinach unlike the thousands of others I’ve ordered. I’m really interested in why this place has better food even if it’s from the same company. So curious!

Love me some Starbucks. Every store can be different but this one is always on top. The customer service is always great, and the drinks are always made right. Often times something isn't the same at each Starbucks which can be frustrating. However Everytime I've been at this location everything has been great. I always go for iced drinks, so the shaken espresso is always my go to. You can change the syrups and different things to customize it. I love Starbucks. I will always go back here for my coffee fix. The food and cups are also great at Starbucks.

Kay is such a positive light at this location! She knew everyone’s name before they ordered, as if they had been friends for years and was so genuine. My coffee came out at record speed and the entire staff was super friendly and smiley!

We were there around 9am and it was packed! Our drinks came out fairly quick. Not much for seating, I would say maybe 10-12? Although that wasn't much concern as we were taking it to go. I always get a latte with whole milk and it was perfect! Hot, to where you do need to let it cool down a bit. Great energy from the staff.

The staff at this location is one of the best in the state. They could use an update inside, but even the lack of quality furnishings can't take away from the family atmosphere at this location.Carla (the manager here) has trained her team well, they know know their clients and welcome them with the same enthusiasm as Carla.
I stopped by to pick up a couple of gift cards. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and super helpful.
