Employees need more training on Hot vs. Iced drinks in the mobile orders. Multiple times I've ordered a HOT Americano, only to show up and get an Iced drink. Then the employee has an attitude because they read the order wrong and has to redo it. Nothing on my order says 'iced'Please address this ????

Went there on Sunday morning shortly after 8am. there was no line. I was made to wait at least 5 minutes before the clerk acknowledged that I was there standing at the register. We found out that they were out of mocha so we left the store and went to different Starbucks on 16th and Bethany.

We go to Starbucks often and this place is by far the worst we have ever been to! Baristas talking and not paying attention to any of the customers. Awful customer service. They didn't even tell me my order was ready. Left there so angry.

I love eating a bagel cooked with no cream cheese. I wish they would at least ask. It's nice inside though.

Walking past the homeless set up to the left of the door i nearly turned aroind when i opened up and the vagrant is spralled out on a seat casing every body walking in. Placing an order the girl asked me to repeat twice what it was to make sure she had it right, I repeated the last two slowly as there were mountains of people waiting here in the back of the store and it could be hard to hear. After waiting over 20 minutes and watching people who had come 10 minutes after me clear out of the building one of the girls on the back counter asked what I was waiting for and when I repeated my order the both said it was one of the 10 cups on the counter none of which had my name that hand me a cup and said "this is it" and say the name on the cup. Let's say the cup says Matt and my name is Ashley. The both of them are looking at me like IM the idiot for not knowing that they wrote Matt on my cup. If your going to use a system to give people orders on a board on your counter there needs to be a better way then realizing someone has been waiting 36 minutes and is the only one left standing through the hoards of people. I'm not blaming your team they were working hard but what should have been a quick cup made me 10 minutes late to work. Because who would expect to spend more then a half hour at a coffee shop for pick up.

I'd like to say that Rebecca was so attentive and courteous.exellent customer, communication,and leader skills. Literally best Starbucks Iv encountered.Perhaps she was the Manager or owner.Either way with employees following her leed by example you've gotta stop by this location and check it out yourself!

I don't like posting complaints. Usually, bad service and prices take care of the problem.Ordered 2 iced lattes, with extra shots each. The only difference is mine had vanilla.I don't hold hope baristas get it right because too many times it's like a short circuit happens.I was given a hot coffee... No.I was given an iced coffee, no vanilla... What!I'm moving on to another chain. One who gets it right and doesn't charge me the amount of my medical deductible. Bye!!!!

I absolutely adore Starbucks and I am a Starbucks partner as well. I went in and was expecting a regular Starbucks standard. I asked for a hot matcha and a hot flat white. The barista made both drinks incorrectly. The matcha doesn't come with whip cream and she put whip cream on and when we told her about it she did not exchange our drink for the right one. She then handed us a drink we thought was a flat white but got served someone else's drink. A white mocha latte. These should be the easiest things in our training. The bathroom was terrible. There was feces all around the toilet and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

They opened at 8 i got there at 820 and the only girl working was on her break? Like y'all JUST opened. I'm the only one standing there. Ridiculous.

Bashas is the closest grocery store to my home but aside from that, they carry almost everything that I need. Employees are always helpful and, seeing that I'm disabled, they bring my groceries to the car and load the bags in the back. It means so much to me that they do all this without my asking.
