Waiting forever for our drinks. We're on our way out of town so didnt have time to hangout for no reason but because the lack of attention by the baristas here we are. Other people kept getting drinks and they just didnt even care they forgot ours.

Went in 12/6. I waited about 5 minutes to order and purchased a $25 gift card. Waited about 10-15 for 2 simple drinks. When I asked the worker for a pup cup she told me to get back in line to order it with the cashier. There were about 10 people in line at that point. No other Starbucks in my life has refused to give me a pup cup and let alone told me to get back in line. Save yourself some time and avoid this location.

Starbucks use to make you a new drink or give you a free drink if they messed up your order or even made you wait an extensive amount of time. Not any longer. They can flat out make your order wrong, completely forget to make drinks, WASTE your time, and do NOTHING to make up for it. Done with Starbucks charging more than their coffee is worth, screwing up orders and expecting to get above top dollar and TIPPED for wrong/incomplete orders. Then if you get upset, it’s the customer fault for wanting their order right. I guess it’s too high of expectations for $1 billion company to hire competent people.

I had the most amazing experience this morning, i walked in out the rain to order my drink and the barista Karen was so amazing, friendly and took my mixed confusing order perfectly. She has a great smile and so great.

We went in about 20 mins before closing (11/9), I couldn’t decide what I wanted since they don’t have the Chestnut praline latte out yet and the two that were working were absolutely amazing! So friendly, smiling, super helpful not at all annoyed by us coming in late and indecisive. I would recommend this location to anyone!

This location does not have a drive-thru but it does not hinder the excellent experience I have each time I visit. The employees are friendly, the service is quick, the building is clean, and the dim atmosphere is cozy in the way only a coffee shop can be. The food is hot and made fresh but it is typical Starbucks fare. All in all, it is worth parking and walking in to get your coffee if for no other reason than a moment of peace in this hustle and bustle world.
