Howard Schultz is a good friend of mine. I brought my dog for a pup cup. As they were finishing the pup cup (outside the coffee shop). One of the Starbucks employees called security to have us leave the property. We will call our friends in Seattle to address this employee.

I ordered the zombie frappuccino and they ended up making it with matcha, regular whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and raspberry pearls. pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be made this way but oh well 🤷♀️

This staff does a great job. Not only are they fast at getting up orders but their friendless is proof they enjoy what they do. Its a smaller starbucks but I never have trouble finding a table to work at. The store manager James is a great guy too and it shows through in his management style. I will continue to patron this store. Thank you!

Update 9/5/24 .. horrible service.. Wow...I come to this store#8974 twice a week. The store was full of people. The staff talking with each other while customer are waiting., they were given food items to the wrong customer. I waiting 10 minutes for just a coffee..This is really bad service for this store. WOW..

Ordered a Venti Frappuccino with whipped cream on top. They put whipped cream on the bottom, a little bit of some kind of coffee mix in the middle and then a bunch of whip cream on top
All I did was tap to get everything to settle, and the picture shows.
And it doesn’t even taste good…
Then, because of the mask the person was wearing, they were whispering names, so people were having a hard time even hearing.
All in all, I think this is the last time I will be ripped off by Starbucks. Too many local coffee shops around to these places. Sry

It's very unfortunate that I order online with what kind of milk I want and they still get it wrong. Took 25 minutes for the time I order to have completed. But its ridiculous they can't even follow what I did on the online order to make sure it was correct. With using the wrong milk. I will be sick tomorrow because of it when it says almond on the ticket. DO BETTER!!!

Weakest coffee. Dark and medium roast all taste like americano. You can see the inside of the cup through the coffee. Also, they take the liberty of giving you a pike or americano when you purchase a dark roast.
I ask for the manager to instruct on the correct amount of coffee mixture to be used to get a correct and consistent taste. Also, to advice, it is not OK to give me something I did not pay for without warning. And, taste what you serve.
I come to starbuks for a quality coffee and experience. Your shop is supposed to be exemplary of the highest standards for coffee. Instead, it has been lesser than gas station coffee and more expensive.
I will take down this review if the situation changes.
