Avoid this location. Second time the made a mistake on my order today and did not include the espresso requested and charged for. At least the employees looked like they were chatting and having a good time today.
Like an idiot, I came back and they messed up again. It’s infuriating when they offer to come back in for a remake, as I am already working through my day, haw about when you get my order wrong you bring it to me… better yet, put the labels on the orders and give it to me right the first time.

So I went through the drive through during the early morning rush. There was a lot of cars ahead of me and I was thinking to myself “dang, is this coffee even worth the wait?” Suddenly, I notice that the line is moving super fast and although when I started there was 10-12 cars ahead of me, I was already next up within like 5 mins! I order, and as I turn the corner to the pickup window, I see an employee hanging out the window with my order arms fully extended. This GOAT had my drink in my hand, paid for, and on my way within 5 secs of me pulling up.

There was this awesome barista, I forget her name unfortunately but I remember it being unique, she was short, white, brunette with tattoos, and a little petite but she made me feel so welcomed. Haha I still think about her customer service and smile sometimes 😊 but yeah, not bad for the price.

Stopped by and ordered a venti frappe, the barista gave me a grande. Even though it wasn’t what I ordered, that was what I was charged for so I had to take the drink and go since I had no time to wait for them to remake my drink. I get through about 1/2 of my drink to find pieces of paper inside. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe I had messed up while unwrapping the straw but when I got back into my car and checked the wrapper, there were no missing pieces. Don’t think I want to return to this location again

I usually am nice on reviews but honestly this stain on the table looks like has been here for quite some time , ants all around it on top of the table , i was about to throw out.
Always loved coming to this place and staff was always so kind and sweet! Absolutely was there best place to study read and relax. Drinks were always on point too! -Yuyu

When a mistake is made it is best to just correct it. There is a one barista that remade my drink the exact same wrong way. When I called to let them know I was blamed for the way I ordered it. When I mentioned I order it like this everyday at my normal location and this is a different color and the taste is wrong they insisted it was the way I ordered it. The drinks are expensive and not worth getting it made wrong twice. I will not be back to this one. Customer service was too poor.
