When a mistake is made it is best to just correct it. There is a one barista that remade my drink the exact same wrong way. When I called to let them know I was blamed for the way I ordered it. When I mentioned I order it like this everyday at my normal location and this is a different color and the taste is wrong they insisted it was the way I ordered it. The drinks are expensive and not worth getting it made wrong twice. I will not be back to this one. Customer service was too poor.

I feel bad leaving a 2 star review because everyone who works here is SO nice and extremely efficient! But there has to be something wrong with their espresso machine. I've been coming to this location for over a year and usually it is perfect, but the last several weeks every coffee I get has a strange aftertaste or almost seems watered down? I definitely think the employees are trying their best, but maybe the machine needs replacing or something? Just not good coffee recently, unfortunately :(

I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and it didn't move. I walked in to a bunch of frowns waiting for their drinks and two people behind the counter slaving trying to keep up. It's obvious Starbucks isn't a desired place yo work. Definitely not the workers fault. Tired of the Starbucks Monopoly in AZ. Last time I will visit Starbucks. Time to support smaller chains.
