I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and it didn't move. I walked in to a bunch of frowns waiting for their drinks and two people behind the counter slaving trying to keep up. It's obvious Starbucks isn't a desired place yo work. Definitely not the workers fault. Tired of the Starbucks Monopoly in AZ. Last time I will visit Starbucks. Time to support smaller chains.

I thought food service places weren't allowed to take things back through the window after they've handed them off to you. I have a NASTY COLD right now and told that to the girl at the window today 12/27/24 @6pm. she took the drink back from me! That is so unhygienic!!!

“Hi welcome to Starbucks, I’ll be with you in a moment please” would have been nice. Stood there for 10 minutes with no warm welcome. I think it’s because the order was DoorDash, hire a cheerier holiday crew!

I have been coming to this starbucks for quite some time now and order the Vanilla sweet cream coldbrew almost every time. The drink used to be sweet and have notes of vanilla. Now, im not sure if they are not putting sweet cream in it but rather regular cream but it is NOT sweet at all. I wasnt going to leave a review but its been this way the last several orders and I dont want to have to ask for extra cream or vanilla everytime!

Ordered a venti caramel macchiato and 15-20 min drive to work no spill nothing I picked up the bring took the lid off because I felt so light. It was half full, I had not even taken a drink or anything. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to, never had THIS happen to me. Do not go there. Plus the staff if hard of hearing they make you scream at the mic to get orders which is already frustrating in itself.
