Stopped by on a Monday at 6:30pm. Hours shows they are open until 8:30pm but no workers present. The signed are still out on the sidewalk.

I'm pregnant and work so Husband took kids and I as a treat. Young lady who took the order was nice and my Frappuccino was pretty good. I try to keep my tiny gremlins in line but they were playing and eventually the barista came over and said they were a distraction to the young lady who was in there before us, apparently "studying," who BTW never once informed us herself that they bothered her (they werent). How were they more distracting than the blaring music and customers coming in and out? Now listen, Im not the kind to let my kids do whatever and they were well behaved otherwise so I wasnt THAT parent. Bizarre how Starbucks would even be considered a place to study when it's anything but quiet. Be fr.

Closed on A Sunday unacceptable

I'm a long time customer. I frequent this location's drive thru several times a week and have had good service. Today, however, was an exception. I was in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes. The line just wasn't moving. When I finally pulled up to the window, I asked the barista if they were short-staffed and she admitted they were. I waited at the window for a good 5 minutes more and was then handed my iced drink. I began to drive off and when I picked up my drink by the side, the entire lid flipped off and my drink spilled all over my shirt and my car. I guess they didn't make sure the lid was on securely. Not a happy customer today, at all.

I am editing my review after my recent visit. I was doing errands in the area and stopped in after making an order on the app. When I got to the counter, I informed the staff that I was picking up an order. She mistook what I said to mean I was picking up an Uber or Doordash order. I didn't bother to correct her and she turned around and started preparing my drink. So I stood at the counter and because I had nothing else to do I was watching her make my order. When she handed it to me, I asked if she had put in the extra shots of espresso I had requested and paid for. I knew absolutely she had not because I witnessed the entire preparation. It was my subtle way to remind her that perhaps she forgot. I was really sort of blown away when she said that yes they were in there, put the drink in a bag and went back to her register. I wasn't going to get into a disagreement over the situation so I left. Needless to say, I could also tell the shots were not in there from the taste. I was taken aback mostly by how casually this employee lied to my face. I will certainly avoid this location in the future. Coffee lovers beware.

This location is very hit or miss. They’ve messed up our order three of the last four times and tonight they were 15 minutes late making our order. When we stopped for pickup, they weren’t busy and kept sliding other orders in front of ours.

They never give you what you order they mess up the drink

As a Starbucks Partner, I expect an experienced partner to jump in when a new barista is struggling to understand what we are asking for. I know everyone wears headsets and can hear when someone is struggling on drive through. Our whole order was wrong and it was so simple. We ordered beverages correctly off the menus and wanted to add pumpkin spice. Don't know why that was too hard to understand. We explained it easily for her and still got our drinks made wrong. I'm very disappointed in the team on the floor who allowed that transaction to happen in the drive thru.

Very quick and friendly service at this location. They got our orders spot on and everything was fresh and tasted great! We are not in this area very often but happy we were to try this Starbucks.

Most of the drive thru employees are very friendly and customer service oriented. On occasions my latte is not the best. They need to be consistent.
