I just have to give you all 5s, I've been to many Starbucks but there wasn't one that stood out to me till today. I want to thank Angelo for some of the best customer service I received. You went out of your way to fix my drinks, you had the patience and the greatest attitude I've come across. Even when it was super busy you knew exactly how to multi-task and make sure everyone felt welcomed. I just want to thank you, I was having such a sad day today and you made it better by being nice to me and understanding.

My online order was supposed to be 10 minutes. Took me ten to drive there 20mins in their drive thru. When I got to the window. My food was ready but drink wasn't they asked me to put around front. No where to park or go I was told to park the wrong way right in front of their drive thru. The people behind me barely had an inch to pull out. I called the manager and she basically told me it was my fault for not checking the status of my order. My fault that it took over 30 minutes and I was asked to park in a very dangerous spot? I think not! I will never go to this location again.

Starbucks are seriously getting worse in there customer service all over. I don't know what happened but thats why I left starbucks and went to dutch. They have better atmosphere and customer service. I was just with my sister when she went to Starbucks and I told her after that experience do not go back. She cut us off we still had more orders and just says pull up you owe this. They have no time for people and rush to get people out rude.

Got 2 Brown Sugar Oatmilk Expresso coffees this morning. They put a double dose of syrup in one and none in the other. These coffees were “Un drinkable” we drove all the way back to get them replaced. The girl inside was snotty and unprofessional. She just said “ I didn’t make them” I said “ I don’t care who made them, I just want new ones made correctly” She didn’t even apologize or anything”! For $14.66 for 2 coffees, I shouldn’t have to drive back to have them remade or put up with an attitude! Terrible customer service.. we won’t go back to that location!!

We live in the neighborhood and enjoy walking to this location in the mornings occasionally. That was until things changed all of a sudden. My wife and I used to be greeted whenever we walked in and someone was always at the register to take our order. They all seemed friendly. Then all of a sudden it’s like they have some kind of problem with us. Nobody greets us at all (they greet everyone else, I’ve watched) and when we approach the counter, whoever is working the register has somewhere more important to be. We are never in a rush and don’t mind waiting but nobody acknowledges us at all with a “we’ll be right with you,” or anything. They all avoid eye contact and when someone finally comes to take our order it’s like we are inconveniencing them.

Like I said I’m not sure what changed. As far as we know we haven’t done anything to offend any of the employees. We are always very polite. We say please and thank you. So I’m not sure what’s going on. It’s always the same employees working. And they’re extremely nice and friendly with some customers (I’m guessing who are “regulars”) but when we walk in (I’d also consider us as “regulars”) they ignore and avoid us.

Long time Starbucks patron from Seattle. Love the original concept of making Starbucks a comfortable "3rd place". This one is is nice enough, but not in conformance to the original plan.

Namely the seats here are very uncomfortable, designed to drive people away not invite them.

On the bright side it is such an easy fix for management to put in place.

This is my home store They usually get the orders just right once they remember you especially if you're like me and order the same thing every time.

Parking: If you have fur babies along for the ride make sure you get a pup cup even if it's a kitty my cat loves the pup cup almost more than my dog.
