This drive thru use to be fast now im waiting 10 to 15 min for my drink in line and even when im at the window the waiting continues 🙃 definitely frustrating.

I ordered a passion fruit tea with raspberry pumps as I studied, when I asked for a refill he told me the pumps didn't come with the refill, I told him that was fine. Minutes later I asked for another drink but with pumps, the man named Rashad make my drink and mixed my drink with his FINGER, I told him if he can remake it since he put his bare finger in my drink, he glared at me and walked behind a coffee machine and I saw him as lowered his head and he SPIT in my other drink I was having remade. After telling him to not even touch my drink, the manager came out and made the drink right but at this point I don't trust this place. Horrible experience. I want that man fired, if he tried doing that to me right in front of me, I wonder how many other people he has done this too...

Terrible wait time on Christmas day. Giving two stars for not notifying people BEOFRE purchasing a cup of coffee that they would have to wait over an hour. I had to leave when they couldnt give me an estimate on how much longer it would be at that point. Didnt even have time to wait in line for a refund.

Absolutely crushing it on Christmas day. This location was absolutely jam packed and yet the partners were cranking out food and drinks at light speed. Massive shout out to everyone working today for the positive attitudes, quick turnaround and most of all for getting my wife her Christmas peppermint mocha on the most important day of the year! Three cheers for the crew! P.S. Be sure to tip your baristas!

The quality of drinks at the location is inconsistent. Multiple incidents of waiting in the drive thru and no one taking our order.
