This place is horrible. I went in the lobby for a small drink, i waited 10 minutes for my drink. The drive line was not long , the all the people working were just taking out the drive thru and mobile orders ONLY. When I asked if my drink was about to be next she said my drink was after everyone, so people that dont go in drive thru and just walk in well we ARE NOT Priority only drive thru and mobile orders. Let's not forget about the attitude and rudeness. Work on customer service.

Just want to give a shout out to Denise and Prince. There's also a gal with red in her hair and I can't remember her name. She works in the morning. Yall are always so kind and helpful. For the life of me, I can’t understand how this place always gets my order wrong. I can repeat it, spell it out, order the simplest thing, and every time without fail it’s wrong. Go down the street to the Target starbucks, at least there it’s a 50/50 chance you get the drink you just paid $10 for.

Everytime I do a doordash at this location they are always so behind. It's crazy when they have over 7 people behind the counters some making drinks others not. it took over 15 minutes and so I checked more than once an the big blonde lady got an attitude when I asked the second time and the item was sitting right infront of her she needed to do was put it in a bag.But she was too busy writing on bags. Be more aware of your surroundings and orders. No sense of urgency.

Hillary does not deserve to work at Starbucks: she is very unprofessional and rude. She talked to me like I didnt know anything about my order and like I was a child. Please retire Hillary after 17 years, you should be treating customers with respect.

The Starbucks is terrible. The customer service is terrible. Every time I go they make my coffee wrong and then they expect me to give them a tip at the drive thru. If I question my coffee order the girl at the window just gives me a crazy look every time. The only reason why I go here is because the only one around here don’t come here unless you want your coffee messed up every time.
