The only problem is that they prioritize online orders and all the people that order in person just stand around for a long long time waiting while the online orders just pile up and no one comes to pick them right away. But still, the in person orders have to wait a very long time....

Always get your order right BUT REMEMBER - this is a hospital. Shift changes around 6am and 6pm, so don't expect to get ur drink fast between 7 and 8. Order it and take a walk.

Located inside St. Joe's/Dignity health hospital. Quick service and friendly baristas. Definitely a good amenity to have for those long days and nights at the hospital. ?

Parking: Parking space is extremely limited You better off Parking in the hotel parking lot next to Starbucks then walking in.
Kid-friendliness: The drive thru wait was so long however my kids love the staff .
Absolutely ridiculous that I would be charged for light ice on a water based drink!!!!! How can you justify that? You just add more water and a lot less of the ice you fill up with. Us customers are paying more and more on items as things continue to go up and you think it's ok to charge extra when I just want less ice and more water. Seems illegal to me!

Service was so great at this location! Being at a hospital will often have you down but Alondra went above & beyond by getting to know my order & my own name, sometimes she even had my order ready for me before I’d even get to the front which was so sweet! Love this store so much
