Everytime I order mobile It give you a time to pick up in store.. right.. its never ready when i get there. Its either 5:30 or 6 am when i get off work or going to work. I have to wait in my car and watch them though the window. It's faster going through the drive through.When there's nobody there. It doesn't matter what bistra is, making it or warming the food.It's always late at least 3 to 4 minutes from the 3- 6 minutes they give you on mobile order.

Tiffany is an excellent barista! Straight up the best customer service I've ever experienced! Out of any Starbucks from Chicago to New York, California to Florida. Hands down. Very polite, hospitable and professional as ever, she even created a custom sample of expresso that was phenomenal, Starbucks take notes. Thank you Tiffany!

The cashier Cindy was vary rude I come in with my kids all the time and get 3 empty cups never been charged until today I was charged for all 3 empty cups not a big deal but she was just vary rude while doing it definitely will find a new one to take my family to

Rima & Amy are absolutely fantastic, talk about the best customer service ever! I went in needing some help and those two ended up making my day so much better. Employees are SO RUDE & SHADY. Every employee at this location has had some sort of horrible attitude. Wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy. I can see why, After reading a previous review from a “Alan” The response from the owner is a pathetic brush off to his review & IGNORES THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE MESSAGE. Needs new management!
