I was recently at Starbucks on 7th street & bell. I've been going there for many years. Today AUG Wed 27, and had the worst experience from dealing with ABBY store manager. Very damm rude as hell. Trying to get my order right. The new girl back away when I ordering at the register. Which was also unprofessional. Apparently she was trained properly. Abby took over an had a Rude attitude. 0 Feedback Abby

The Service I just got from this Starbucks is unacceptable first off. I had to order a drink just to use the bathroom I had to go really bad. I ordered a drink and then after I ordered it manager with the glasses, white boy very rude and I feel like if you’re running an establishment, it should not work like this

We just had a deservice at Starbucks, we were at drive-thru with full intention to make a purchase with a gift card. However, we initially asked for a cup of water because it’s very hot at 109° weather. The girl at the drive-through informed us that we couldn’t have water iunless we were making a purchase. Mind you there were no other customers. We responded with it’s illegal to not serve water in Arizona, but she replied that it was legal. So rather than just give us a cup of water, she started arguing with us. She did not provide her name! Then asked if we wanted to proceed to make the purchase? We responded with we do not want to buy her anything anymore and we backed up the driveway and left. And all she said was OK. Whether its legal or not it should be common courtesy to give your customers water if they ask for a cup of water. We went to Dutch Bros and got a free water and amazing customer service.

This Starbucks is located nice to the dr office. My mother who is sick and on oxygen. The Dr wasn’t open yet. It’s 103 outside! I went to the STARBUCKS. said can i please get one water. They looked at me crazy. Told me they don’t give free water away. Told me to walk to McDonald’s down the road. After 20min of back and forth someone finally charge 1.60 for avocado, . And they dropped the cup and I had to beg for another cup. They said the mangers is on vacation so I couldn’t speak to anyone in charge. Happy the manger relaxing while his workers don’t want to work and get mad when you ask for service. And check the cameras also. You will see how they act.

Walking in, even if you’re the only guest still puts you in line behind the last car! They don’t follow any hospitality guidelines for an in store customer. A simple iced tea takes 6 minutes +

ABBY the shift lead, was unbelievably rude and power-tripping. Refused my refill just because I got my drink from the drive-thru. Argued with me for 15 minutes over this nonsense. Zero customer service, zero common sense. She shouldn’t be in any position of authority or customer service! Never coming this location again.
