I called ahead to confirm they were open till two not one person said the drive-through closes an hour earlier…I have a large truck and drove all the way to Starbucks and was not able to get served. They wouldn’t open the door.

A very funny and light interaction, I had today. I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but love the refreshers here. But I wanted to make my own to go drink with ingredients like everyone else does. With the certain amount of pumps, or flavor. So I would often come in and request all of this stuff in a drink and it turns out bad and nasty.

There was a tall guy there with brunette hair, who was very sweet about it, but was confused on the order that I was creating. I apologize to him many times and told him how I was wanting to create my own signature drink in which he kindly listened. It was a laughable and embarrassing moment. But he said he knows exactly what I’m trying to make and said he will surprise me.

He comes back with the order and haves me try it and which I LOVEED. Tell me why it’s a strawberry creme frappe. I was so flushed and asked is this a new drink and he said no it’s been on the menu for awhile. Thank you for humoring me!!

I came through drive, ordered a “venti brown sugar oat milk shaken expreso, light ice”for my mom and got the huge gap u see in the picture!! this is absurd I paid 7 almost 8 dollars for this drink and when I asked her why was there such a big gap all she said was thats how it’s supposed to be but I’ve been getting this drink for my mom a long time now and it never has that big of a gap when I ask for light ice they ask me if I want to fill in the little gap with milk or leave it and when I say leave the gap it is not that huge of a gap!!!

Someone needs to teach the people here respect for disabled elderly people. Making fun of incontiance And laughing hiding name tags when we asked for names. Calling us friends when asked what was funny. I cashed in and was told they wold get back to me of course they didn’t will never come here again

I go to this store every day. Isaac and Britni are the best two employees! They always make my special, expensive drink exactly as requested. They care that it’s made right. They are kind, friendly and exhibit excellent customer service. Please managers promote them!

I usually buy drink here during weekend and my order is special and people will usually impress cause Includes 5 shots of expresso, 5 pumps white chocolate mocha, splash half/ half, light ice and salted cold foam. Look like today new girl took my order, and instead of salted cold foam, they put whipping cream (sat 8/3/24). I paid extra than $1 for that cold foam and you put whipping cream which is unacceptable. Please never do this again to me cause I really hate cheating! Thanks.

There’s an Asian boy there with glasses who was very arrogant and seemed like he didn’t want to serve me . Bad customer service is bad for business . Starbucks is known for there great hospitality but with arrogant workers it won’t be .
