I came in today to study and drink a warm drink. I walk in get settled in a table in the lobby area. I received a phone call while getting settled here. I had not even been sitting down for 10 minutes, still in my phone call. I was approached by a staff member while you can clearly see I was talking to someone with my headphones. Telling me I have to make an order if I want to sit in the lobby area. I was going to make an order as soon as my phone call finished but don’t harass me if i had literately been in the lobby for not even 10 minutes and in a phone call. I had never experienced this in ANY OTHER location.

Consistently good drinks and food, fast and friendly service. The Starbucks staff are always very polite and attentive, I have never had a bad experience here. In fact, this location has been my go to Starbucks for years when visiting my mother. I like to bring her a banana nut bread and sugar free vanilla latte. She LOVES them.

The Starbucks inside the Target store (between 3rd & 7th st off Bell rd) provided horrible service to me today! First, the guest in front of me(white lady) was asked for her 1st name when she ordered her drink. I ordered the Caramel Burlee Latte with extra whip cream and extra Caramel and my drink was watered down. I was not asked my name and all I saw on my cup was GUEST! How rude! When will the racism stop? It’s very sad and I like Starbucks but I’ll never go back to this Starbucks as if you can’t treat me like VIP, u will not get my VIP dollars!!! If you are any ethnicity other than white, DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! Shame on you!🤦🏽♀️

On 11/29/25, I decided to revisit the same Starbucks and my experience was very different. My drink was made right and the young lady Kayla provided excellent service to me. Kayla asked for my name and she made my drink perfect!!!

Okay of service doesn't have an indoor dining you have to order from the window
I drive by at least three or four times a week for coffee in the mornings mostly every week, I figured that since I am a regular customer, I could stop by today after work while I was walking my dog and ask for a cup of water. The girl who was sweeping the floors when we walked in said the Starbucks has a new policy that I have to buy something if I wanted a cup of water, this actually solves everything, from now on I will bring my coffee business elsewhere. Congrats to the store owner, 30 to 40 dollars a week gone just for a cup of water.

I was recently at Starbucks on 7th street & bell. I've been going there for many years. Today AUG Wed 27, and had the worst experience from dealing with ABBY store manager. Very damm rude as hell. Trying to get my order right. The new girl back away when I ordering at the register. Which was also unprofessional. Apparently she was trained properly. Abby took over an had a Rude attitude. 0 Feedback Abby
