I came into this location 7/28 around 2pm and the young lady with pigtails helped me and she was so kind and accommodating while taking and making my order. Keep up the great service here!

This is a quality location. They seem to enjoy doing their jobs well. The owner needs to remove access to the volume control on the music! It’s crazy loud. They will turn it down if you ask. But inevitably goes right back up after a short time.

Wouldn’t let me buy a cup of water in 121 heat. I offered to buy the cup of water because that is all I want. Here’s hoping the policy changes, so someone can at least buy a cup of water.

I was denied a water . I was told I had to make a purchase before I can get a water . It is 113° outside . In human I do not recommend this establishment . Poor customer service

I always go here for my coffee and my exact mix they follow and yes i love them little smiley notes or so that they add outside my cup. Thank you for making my day with the smiles sometimes these cute little notes can make a difference in someones stressful or anxious life

TLDR: if you want Starbucks, go elsewhere
Waited 30 minutes to get my mobile pick up order. They weren’t letting people in or opening the door for anyone. We walked over and didn’t have our car with us so the only choice we had was to stand in the drive thru (per their instructions). Then we get to the window and get a lecture about the liability they have for not unlocking their door? I know it’s the manager and not the individual employees, but this experience was unnecessarily aggravated.

No Starbucks app, no drive through No coffee. Waiting for ever to get a coffee....unfortunately walk ins have no priority....unless you order thought the app or use the drive through or have few hours to waste AVOID this Starbuck.

My friend and i came here like we always do. I purchased 4 drinks for us and for our boyfriends and decided to purchase a yogurt parfet. When i got home, i opened it and right away i smelled rotten milk. Im already paying alot for the drinks, and then spent $5 more for rotten yogurt that i could not even eat. Thats rediculous!!! On top of that they messed up my friends boyfriends drink as well and wouldnt even make it right. Thats not how u treat your everyday customers. Everytime i come here its always something. Dutch Bros treats me wayyy better instead of treating me like an inconveinence. Im giving Dutch Bros my buisness from now on
