I bought a breakfast sandwich this morning and it is cold! You can't serve food that has dairy and egg that has been sitting out for an extended amount of time. I couldn't go back to get the problem fixed because I had to go to work but this was disgusting!

When you walk into a Starbucks after they’re open how is it possible to not have any coffee made. Seriously. Nothing. Wasn’t even in the process of brewing. They hadn’t even started it yet. Pretty poor management as when you’re a coffee shop you should have coffee ready for purchase when you open your doors. Never coming to this location again. Waste of time.

I went here to study this past week and really loved it. I ordered a decaf coffee and it was as good as decaf can be lol What really made it special was the service. The person was so incredibly nice and friendly. She told me about the really cool holiday events that desert ridge hosts like the snowfall, which I never knew about. She also told me about the movies that are happening in the area. I could tell she was really knowledgeable about the area and that she really likes her job and takes pride in her work. I even overheard her interacting with a couple of kids and she was very nice to them. There isn't a lot of seating inside, but I was lucky to grab a table. It was nice and quaint inside and I felt right at home.

I asked the lady for a sandwich and she said they had turns out there were all out after waiting ten minutes i also asked for a water which i never received customer service was trash would not recommend

Mediocre at best, americano was weak and cookies were old :( I dont expect the cookies to be perfect because I know they use frozen cookies but I expected the coffee to be perfect.

This was my first time at Starbucks. I stayed away because I thought it was expensive but when a friend took me there, I finally had some. Well I was pleasantly surprised. It was reasonably priced and have great coffee. I have been back two more times this week.
This Starbucks has really improved over the years! About 7yrs ago, I had a mishap occur here. I bought hot chocolate for my daughters class to enjoy (she was in 7th grade at Explorer Middle school in May. Prescott's class) and Starbucks gv is coffee instead!!!! Ugh- well, my good intentions probably didn't hurt much giving the kids caffeine in the morning as adolescents were already exploring methods to feel better and ugh with the competition in our daily world, stress to achieve results on academics as we near a holiday break.... I wrote a letter to Starbucks corporate who gave me a coupon book with a few coupons for the mishap. The managers were kind and this Starbucks used to really seemed challenged. Today I explained to a brand new employee that yesterday's drink wasn't correct. She went to her mgr and then comped today's drink. While it takes time to complain & I don't like to do it, it's important to follow up and put forth the effort to make it known when good things occur! There hv been many times I didn't get the right drink at many locations, though I didn't hv time to complain and when brought up at my next visit I was given a hassle. Not today! Thank you!
