They didn't put a sleeve on one of my coffees and I didn't realize until I had to carry it and it burned my hand. I ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich and they put a ham and swiss one in a package that says tomato and mozzarella. It seems like the workers don't really care about their job.

Amazing customer service at this Starbucks! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, which always sets a great tone. While the drive-thru line can get long during peak hours (as expected), it typically moves quickly based on my past experiences. This time, my daughter and I chose to go inside, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a very clean environment.

The store was fully stocked, which is always a win. My kids love the cake pops (pricey, but it’s Starbucks, so expected), and the egg white bites are absolutely phenomenal. I’m a big fan of the dark roast coffee, just a heads-up that they usually stop brewing it around 10am, but you can still get a pour-over if you ask!

Restrooms were clean, which is a huge plus for me especially when I have my kids in tow. I also noticed that many employees seemed to recognize regulars, which gives the location a friendly, local vibe. Overall, a consistently great experience!

This location needs a reset. I’ve been coming here every week for years, and it’s unfortunate that it’s the worst location. I feel like I’m playing roulette every time I come here, sometimes the drink is good and sometimes it’s horrible. Today I had to have my drink remade twice and even then it was still bad. It’s frustrating to say the least and I understand they’re busy, but I shouldn’t have gotten to the point of 2 remakes and still left unsatisfied. If I didn’t pay $6+ for a tall I wouldn’t care, but to charge this much, not even calculating the tip I leave everytime, for them to mess up the drinks most of the time is ridiculous.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and they consistently advertise “fresh brewed black pike coffee.” However, they often try to sell old coffee instead of actually making a fresh batch. It’s misleading and disappointing. If you’re promoting fresh coffee, customers should get exactly that—not something that’s been sitting for hours.

Worst customer service ever. Seems par for the course for this location I’m finding, though. Everyone I spoke to was VERY VERY rude this day. Was in the drive thru, asked for ONE MINUTE. 30-45 seconds maybe went by they asked if I was ready, I said just getting the last order, the rude lady said okay well we like to get your order going to ensure there is no one behind you. I said there isn’t and ordered in a rush to accommodate the staff. I wouldn’t have asked for a minute if there was ANYONE behind me. Got to the window and asked for stickers on the lids so they don’t spill, was again very rudely told that they cannot do that it’s only for door dash and to tell her if some one has done that for me. I said I’m not sure it’s fine I’ll take the drinks i don’t have time. She snapped back at me and said again very rudely, “if you can give me a minute I’m wiping off the tops!”I said okay thank you. Could also see all the staff inside look over at the window with dirty looks the whole time I was waiting. Just plain rude. I
Yes, I absolutely had an attitude to the way I was spoken to. I work around the corner and this is normally the location we pick up from for the office- not any more.

Asked for caramel macchiotto, it was made with almond milk. Gross. Didn't know until I got home. Was drinking it on the way home and wondered why it was terrible. Label said made with almond milk. Know now to clarify....NO ALMOND

Usually, the service in here is really good. Today, however, people were getting their order before I did when they came in after I did and ordered after I did. The barista at the window basically told me that was my fault, that since I didn’t check in, they didn’t make my order before they made everyone else’s. I’ve never had to check in at any other Starbucks when I order ahead, nor have I had anyone blame me for their delay in getting orders up. At every other Starbucks, I have ever ordered a head at, my order is waiting for me when I arrive, which I am deeply grateful for.They should make the orders as they receive them, I shouldn’t have to check in to get a basic level of service. Really disappointed in how I was treated here today.
